I notified an ACR online rep last week about this listd tournament: lapokernostra Freebuy.

Screen shot attached.

The link listed with the tournament information goes to a bogus affiliate marketing website - lapokernostra.net instead of a legit site. The rep appreciated that I had notified ACR and I presume that appropriate action to edit/correct the link would be taken but as far as I can tell nothing has happened.

I'm hopeful the Cardschat ACR rep will help get this fixed as the bad link leaves an unfavorable impression.

Any one else notice bad links in ACR?

Thank you for the report edcwy, this affiliate link is correct however it seems that they are not aware about the issues with their website. We sent them an email so they can check what the problem is. Hopefully they fix it asap

I'm having a lot of freezing when playing more yesterday and some today than before. I play private tournaments and sit & go's. Am I missing a new update or is the software just acting up? Thanks.

AFTER registering for three SNG and being disconnected! Site returns "Timed out"
WTF ACR??? I want my fees back, but I cannot even get support????
This came back:

I would really like to see ACR change their name. It polarizes the ROW players. I can't tell you how many times I have seen people from canada and other countries assume they can't play on ACR just because of the name. I mean Americans what if there was a site called European Cardroom would you assume you couldn't play there. I believe just a simple change of name would open its floodgates.

I would of course work on getting the software tops though like the jackpot poker to read hand histories and get the SnG 2.0 off the ground and the Mac client to work but if you need more players, change the name.

What would the suggestions be of the new name of ACR? I don't know Players Cardroom? Combine forces with Blackchip Poker. I like them too. I like black chip poker name. Something other than the polarizing Americas Cardroom.

I heard rumblings of a phone App coming out soon. Called up support, they seem to know there is one but have no idea when it will come out...do you have any updates on this? Is this happening?

It's been in the works for years. It has been officially "coming soon" at least twice that I remember. I don't expect anything at this point, but it certainly seems to have been on their radar for a long time now so maybe they will come through. Just don't hold your breath on this one.
