I discovered today that I had 2 cents in my ACR account from a freeroll that ended when they had an outage recently. I was pleasantly surprised that they actually paid out the freeroll to all remaining players. It was unexpected and a nice touch :)

After 20 plus hours and no calls after I requested a supervisor to call me and more bs it finally appeared. There CS is a joke and the 20 plus hours to complete a deposit is BS. And what are they going to do for me ... nothing!!! I guess they don't mind losing a player

I personally checked with the Supervisor in charge and he told me that your deposit had been approved. We always advise our customers that when they choose the Person to Person deposit option (Money Gram and Western Union) depending on the volume of deposits could take 1 hour up to 8 hours or more depending on the Money Gram or Western Union office. We advise our customers that the best option for deposits is Bitcoins. Is very easy to use this option. Click here to check the full information of how to deposit with Bitcoins in our #AmericasCardroom official website.

First off it took over 20 hours 5 chats me getting hung up on and no supervisor calling me when I requested it I'm sorry but I called western union they had funds ready to be picked up it was YOUR aside that took so long and as far as bit coin they limit to min buy ins weekly that's under $100 if using a cc if a bank acct is used it takes 5 days to hit the bit coin acct so that's not an option ACR customer service is rude and useless and doesn't give a shit about the players and no 20 hours is not a normal time for a Mg transaction so don't try and BS me please it's a joke and ACR won't admit they are wrong

Hello everyone

Hi all you ACR player,
I just signed up for an account for this site. I have has an account with Betonline and havent been too happy about that rooms cash game selection. It looks a lot better there for mid to high stakes NL players, but no selection of limit table are ever going.
What does everyone think about the skill level at ACR? I find the free roles very easy in the top 20 every game I partake in. I know there are pros at every site, but for the most part what is the skill of the player here. Also how are the tourneys and sit in gos? Anyone make a big score on a large tournament here?
Thank in advance for any responses! Just trying to get a little back ground on the game play before I switch funds from betonline to ACR.
Thanks,
Dan

I think the cash game selection at ACR is smaller than what I have seen at BOL.

I too prefer Limit over NL, or PL. And nowhere is great for Limit. I happen to prefer Stud8, where the game is almost always limit. But it is hard to find a table with anyone sitting.

I can tell you this, if I start a table at BOL, it will fill faster than one at WPN. That suggests to me there are more peeps looking for a game at BOL than at WPN (ACR/BCP/True).

While the self reported 'current active players' numbers might suggest they are not so different, the reality is in what is available to us players.

Very often at any site, you might have to be the first to sit at a Limit Table, and wait it out.:(

Bitcoin

Hello,
So I am new to americas Card room and I did a small first deposit of $10 dollars, it was a mistake, I should of waited to go to the bank and deposit more. I got the 100percent match but missed out on the 4 tickets for the $250 new depositors free role. Really wished I would of waited.
The real reason I am here, I always look at all aspects of the game before I put money in to it. I deposited with bit coin and it was a hassle free and fast way to do so.
But the other day when I was checking out the withdrawal options, bitcoin isnt listed as an available withdrawal method. I dont know if I am looking in the wrong spot for this option or if there is something I have to do to make Bitcoin an option to use for withdrawal? Any answers would be greatly appreciated.
I know at the moment it doesnt matter, but I will only play at sites that have bitcoin withdrawals. It is easier to use and cheaper{penny pincher}, I might be a little ahead of myself but I plan on being a winning player :D.
Thanks,
Dan

SITE IS RIGGED WITH HOUSE BOT @@@$$$$$ BE WARNED #@#$@#@##@

This post probably headed to the 'Rigged' Thread. But it is interesting.

If I were a savvy operator, and gave this notion some good thought, I wouldn't necessarily nix the notion of shilling games just to keep the players happy, and the tables closer to full. What I would nix is the idea of making the bots anywhere near perfect.

I wouldn't want a bot who spewed the companies money, but a bot who constantly wins big would be just as bad. It wouldn't take the player populace long to determine that it just was not a great idea to play against that playername at that site. Result is that over the long haul, the site loses.

I apologize for the misunderstanding, our Former DON`s were replaced for our JP tournaments, that aside to allow our players to double their buy, may have also the chance to play for a prize that goes from 2x to 2500 times the buy-in up $100K. To check the full information about our Jackpots please check our #AmericasCardroom official website by clicking here.

Our security team constantly check any type of activity that is against of our terms of service including the use of unauthorize software. Our security team always are monitoring the tables, we do take seriously any players report and we will be more than glad to review the activity of any player you may have some suspicious.

sit in crush

Hello,
I was wondering if someone could explain the sit in crush point system to me. There website is a little confusing, I am think the coma is suppose to be a decimal. So the highest sit in go or on demand tournament that is points is 9,00? is that $9 or $900. Just a little confused.
Thanks

Haven't been playing long enough to 100% verify but it seems like the ACR rules are when everyone checks on the river, ONLY the best hand is show... ??? Why is this so?

Or if im wrong, how do hole cards get shown after everyone checks the river?
