So I have played online poker off and on for 10 years... I have never seen the amount of bad beats and ridiculous suck outs and just RIDICULOUS calls as I have on this shit site. I read before about site bots and people just making HORRIBLE CALLS like 3/8 ALL IN PRE or 4/9 ALL IN PRE... or the constant.. CONSTANT horrible SUCK OUTS... like this dude just shoved with Q 10 on a 8 2 6 board and gets 9 j runner runner?? he open shoved that board??? Or how about my 99 against J 10.. K 7 9 board.. 8 turn... river q.. and he calls heavy bet the whole way??? or yesterday 3 3 calling AA and KK and 99 all in pre and ofc the 3 comes and no A k or 9... ( I wasn't involved in that) ... this is just a few in the last 48 hours... I've seen many many many more in the last month I've played on here... I simply cannot and do not believe this site is real... it is simply impossible ... the probability of bad beats I have witnessed.. just on MY tables.. ( not just against me .... again.. pointing that out so people don't just say I'm a baddie crying.. ) No I'm saying completely ridiculous preflop play with HORRIBLE hands getting there EVERY TIME... like.. I've never felt so worried about playing AA AK KK KQ AQ AJ A10 KJ K10 ... suited or off.. or even QQ JJ 1010.. I feel like anytime u are dealt them on this site ur guaranteed to lose... WHY IS THAT??? I don't think I have seen any 70/30 60/40 or anything near that actually win in favor of the odds... in a month of constant playing.. 2-10 tournaments a day.. 1-3 hours of cash tables... and numerous of your "jokepot" poker tournaments.. I said something before and someone referring me to a joke of a certificate that people who certified you guys look like a joke too. I'm just about to the point where ill be trashing ur name anywhere I go. Even to the point where ill be going out of my way to do so.

Like I literally just won a 3 way pot with pocket 4s on a 2 9 k 6 5 board.. how did I know calling the dude in small blind all in. and he didn't even shove until the river.. that I would win.??? like ROFL... really???

Hello SantasPoker ! We are very sorry about the way you feel, but it is worth saying that we do not have any interest on having a player win or lose since you basically play against others and not against the house. Our software is certified and is not selective; plus it cannot be manipulated since we are licensed by an international online poker software provided (you can check it here). This poker software has been configured to deal cards randomly based on a very complex mathematical algorithm which do not allow manipulation in favor or against any player.

Players all around the world suffer bad luck streaks, which is considered as normal. Aside from that, luck and the shuffle of the cards make Poker a combination on skill and luck.

We understand your frustration in this moment, but bad beats are not intentionally produced by our software; sometimes it is a matter of luck.

Except for the fact I have seen plenty of stuff about you having house bots and u know what I believe it. It is one of the only things that makes sense to all these plays. and like I said, it isn't just me getting these bad beats... I watch them all day on my tables as well.

Hello ekgbeat! Regarding the buy-ins for the Jackpots, our IT department are currently working on this, very soon we will have other amounts of Jackpot buy-ins. And about the "Observe table feature" for Jackpots is not available at this moment.

@ ACR Rep, not trying to be a pain, but is there any type of timeline on when this will be fixed? Is this issue related to SnG 2.0, and when will SnG 2.0 be released? I enjoy the ACR product so just trying to understand what is causing the issues.

Sadly they don't care that much because their house bots are raking in good this month. Hence why they removed all forms of jackpot except for 2 dollar. Wasn't pulling in enough with it.

So WPN why in the hell are u allowing your reps and employees to play? Do u understand that this is a huge conflict of interest and gives people like me a bad feeling even more about your site?

I don't trust wpn and I quit playing here and asked that my accounts be banned.
I have posted before how I have had terrible luck on acr and bcp. It got to the point where I told them to just ban me because I don't want to bother with a site that I really believe is a scam.

I have been playing for many years, I'm not a multi table grinder and I usually play 1-2 tables at a time.

On ignition (bovada) I have had some good and bad but mostly good. The majority of my sessions are winning ones on ignition. I went from .05 -.10 limit to playing $5-$10 and 100nl regularly.

It's been a few short months on ignition but so far I have made about $2500 profit there.

On wpn I can't win with the best hand and usually get rivered by some really gross runout. Other times I have a big pair especially in cap games I lose to a flopped set. I play my big hands fast always 3 bet pre flop and a big size usually 1.5x pot

Anyways something is not right on wpn..

Yeah man I only came to acr because a friend told me about it irl after he seen me playing on BOL. I actually did fairly well on bol and was able to get money from a big win last month.. and I've lost about 4 hundred of it on acr while witnessing the most ridiculous bullshit I've seenjoyed in my life (yes against me but also simply on my tables). I completely agree with you already have decided not to deposit another dime on this trash rigged site.

We will keep investigating all the conversations you had with the agent, at that moment he did not have the answer. We will provide to the agent the proper feedback.

I am very upset how I was treated by the customer support. sometimes it can be ok, but when it comes to getting what is owed to you they wont pay! I really dont like the "new" jackpot poker setup. I mean there is no hand for hand, you cant see where anyones from, and they are constantly crashing. 2 days in a row I had them crash and when I tried to get back in there was no tournament available in my tournament lobby. I called you both days. The first day I refunded my $2, but the second day I was told no. I was told no because there was no manager available. I was very upset and still have not made another deposit since that day. Ive had my bankroll up a couple times and tried them again. I didnt have the crashing issue this time. Im still very upset that Acr is willing to lose my business over $2. I also signed up for the $10 free reddit poker bonus and was told no because I had made another account like 6 months before that which was not true. was told i never deposited or even played in a single tournament. I was basically called a liar in this scenario and the one over $2. The customer service needs a spruce up for sure. And still im sticking to my word that I will not deposit again until I see my money!
