@ACR Rep, has there been any reports of issues with the new Jackpot overlay? I cannot change my buy-in to anything higher than $2. Also, the old overlay allowed users to view random games, but I don't see that feature now. Any plans on bring that back?

Here is an example of what I was talking about. The player legaleagle84 has been sitting out as long as I have been at the table. They did not loose connection. They were inactive and raised.

I would be interested in hearing the response to this issue. I have seen this happen too, but I assumed it was an auto all-in feature. It usually only happens when the inactive player has more then the BB but less than a full raise.

I emailed the information to the address the rep said to send it to, and this was their response;
"Thank you for your report. We are sending this information to the IT departmenet. From what I can see, the player seems to be having connection problems, so the system shows as innactive, but when it is his turn to act, he is able to do so but with problems on the connection."
I tried to explain to them again that it was not a connection problem. I will let you know if I get a reply.

It just really irritates me that the inactive hands are not folded (as in live games).

No, the system will not auto raise a player that is inactive. However, you might see a player set as inactive due to a display issue. If you close the table and re open it you should see the player as active. I have sent this to the developers so they an take a look at the situation.

Hello ekgbeat! Regarding the buy-ins for the Jackpots, our IT department are currently working on this, very soon we will have other amounts of Jackpot buy-ins. And about the "Observe table feature" for Jackpots is not available at this moment.

I quit playing on Acr because I've never had worse luck playing anywhere. Every time I deposited on this site I got screwed by run bad. The site litterally is the absolute worst place to play. So many nit multi tablers and bot like players. Then besides the nitty players I'm cursed on acr. I will occasionally play a freeroll but I will never deposit again unless they change things like allowing the ruskies to play there and really it should be Americans only unless u change ur name to European card room or the soviet card room or the communist card room

Thanks for the update. I have seen this often so I'm not sure it's a display error, but oh well. The shove stacks aren't deep enough to change my decision.

I'm glad to see that this isn't an isolated issue. Thanks for the update.

It just irritates me when the inactive player keeps sucking out and winning. Usually they go out before they are ITM, but a couple of times last week I saw it keep an active player from cashing. It wasn't me, but I still didn't think it was right. Like I said before, if they are inactive, their hands should be folded. They should not be able to win any pot. I'm sure the guy that bubbled was not happy about it either. :eek:

Hi, I was playing a game at 7 pm and it was suspended by the host, and now the lobby says tournament on a break. I see that not games are being played. Is there a problem, and will we get refunded our money if the game is cancelled? Thanks

I was in a SitnGO and did the same thing. A player went to tech support and says there was a problem. Should be starting up again soon I was told (from the player who went to tech support).

Just as I was saying this it came back.

You know it is pretty frustrating when you build your stack by 70% in OSS25 in the first hour and 40 minutes to out of the blue having the tournament cancelled and scheduled for a restart. Other tournaments remain running fine. You care to explain this?

Americas Cardroom does not seem to be interested in everyone's business, just those that run an OS they approve of. I just bought a different computer with XP OS. This is the OS I enjoy using the best. Windows 10 SUCKS!!!! As well as 7, 8, and the likes. Bet Online, pokerstars, and Sportsbook Poker all work with my XP so I know it can be done. I have tried everything I could think of to get it to run including doing a re-install 5 times for I really enjoyed playing on AC but not enough to be dictated as to what OS to run.:D:D

We are deeply sorry about the issue you had, the tournament you are referring to had some technical issues so we had to take it down and put it back up. At the moment of canceling it, it was refunded according to our Terms and Conditions: https://www.americascardroom.eu/pok...nts/how-to-play-tournaments/tournament-rules/

I had no problem downloading the program know how to do it well. But my patronage goes to the sites that do not dictate what I can use for an OS. If the other sites work on XP yours could too. AC was fun while it lasted but it does not mean that much to me so as I would change OS. Like I said Bet Online, Pokerstars, and Sportsbook poker all work well on XP. Don't think I will miss you AC.:D:D
