My sympathies. This is why I never deposited.
My advice: sit tight. Keep an eye on the news feeds. So far, FT is allowing real money play in the U.S. so if you want to play with your roll and give rake/fees to someone that is in federal prosecution, good luck.

I was able to cashout at Stars, which said they couldn't do echeck (my normal method there) but their processor would mail me a check I should receive with 10 days. They advised me to cash the check immediately at my bank, not some other place.
Tried to cash out at FT, but they said (as they have to others here) that their secure site was not available.
Went to UB to do the same, but I don't have much above the minimum there and am too tired to go through all that right now. Just for the hell of it I decided to register for a cash game and got right in as always. Strange.

I just read another thread and it sparked a thought. You reckon Carbon and the Merge network haven't been mentioned in the DOJ or whatever it's called because they don't got dirt on them from that Australian guy?
If so, is that a reason to assume they are safe? They are after all going after the big sites for fraud/money laundering and it's only supposedly been possible to serve the indictment because he can supposedly trace back transactions to processors and what not.

It's most likely ISP specific DNS which hasn't propagated yet WVH, but most likely there are now very few of those left.
What will happen is FTP will have to rewrite the client to connect directly to an IP address, and they will have to issue themselves a SSL cert, which is kinda squirrelly. And it might not happen. However I see a new ftp client is out now.

Strange, I cashed out via echeck right before the league game and it went through. Or at least it appeared to. Got the email from them saying it will be submitted for processing to my ECHECK account.
