OK guys. Seems like this is what is going to happen:
1. With the next 2 days, the sites will shut down (EVERYWHERE)
2. They will prob then re-start in all non-USA countries
3. The Withdrawl options will become available for FT/PS (just a feeling)
4. They will go to court... and idk who will win.

Went to make withdrawl from PS cashier
Have accounts in dollars and euro. Converted all dollars to euro account, no problem. Clicked Cash Out and entered amount ... Submit. All looks good.
Except noticed that the balance did not change. Tried again, same thing.
Clicked Pending Cashouts ... no cashouts pending.
Tried to access the website, pokerstars.com, and was greeted by two nice-looking emblems for the FBI and DOJ.
And this is from sweden !!!

Well i tweeted(i think as I never use tweeter) and sent emails.. but I've been sending emails for the last 2 years at least once every 6 months, haven't ever gotten any sort of legit response.. only responses i got were about a totaly different topic than i emailed them about in the first place. AND those responses were only to the first emails i sent, after that i never got any sort of confirmation that the house or senate got my emails at all, or were concerned about my concerns.. ughhh

Guys do this and do it every day if possible. Many people will think why should I bother and dont. In the UK we are crap at protesting and dont do it as well as we should. The french do it too well! Seriously though use your freedom of speech as much as possible.

Did you try and do a bank withdrawl? If you did the first time is just for entering your details - if you click on the same thing again your details will all be filled in and it'll go through that time

Just requested my max eTransfer. Can only do 1 every 24 hours. Chances FTP stays up long enough for me to do it again tomorrow? Sunday? Should I just go for the rest (nearly the rest) in a bank wire now? Chance these requested cashouts go through?

I have about 140.00 that they have not taken from my bank account since early February and when I asked them about it (FT) they said they would email me when they were ready to sweep my account. That reply came to me about 3 weeks ago. Are they still going to take these deposits if you live in the US?

Is this the same thing that happened to party poker a few years ago with us players? or pretty similar? I don't think i played online poker until after that happened, so I dunno for sure.
