What do you do while playing poker?

For me

For me I can't focus on playing poker without noise around me. I have to be watching something on TV or a series on Netflix while I am playing. If i'm not watching TV then I have to be listening to music. I am pretty sure the majority of people are completely opposite from me, but what do you guys do?

For me I have to play in more then one poker tourney to keep my self busy. or listen to music and watch tv. unless i color in a coloring book with my daughter.

I prefer to play at night listening to music with headphones. I do not like playing with the TV on or something that makes you lose focus in the game.

I think the only advice I think, is to find what keeps you focused but let you concentrate much more on the table , you can not watch TV and play at the same time , you lose the sense of what happens at the table as an example

i have some really cool music i play in the background, depending on my mood. it goes from chill n calm, to rapid paced and more involved. other times i find it helpful to talk to people to keep me occupied if the game would otherwise tend to bore me. if none of the above, i just zone out and focus on my game.

I usually play some music, but try to avoid texting on my phone, watching movies or tv, or other things that can make me unfocused. Sometimes I don't listen to music but its good because you are less likely to fall into tilt while listening to music, because you mood is better while listening to good music.

i recently decided to try and go pro so now I'm a 100 percent focused on the math of the game of poker. i never get bored because I am always trying to calculate ranges and figuring out my equity, EV, And all that good stuff. lol.
