What do you do while playing poker?

When I am playing freeroll, I can do everything and I am enjoying when I have good cards and then I play, but if I play with my bankroll I must been focus and concetrate and keep patience... So 100% my eyes on the table...

When I play poker I try not to be distracted. Attentive and focused the game will be a good impact on income from poker.

For me I can't focus on playing poker without noise around me. I have to be watching something on TV or a series on Netflix while I am playing. If i'm not watching TV then I have to be listening to music. I am pretty sure the majority of people are completely opposite from me, but what do you guys do?

If I have ONLY 1 table open I will watch that table intently for 15 minutes. Once I have a good understanding about the flow of the game & of the players I start the long process of catching up on twitter. I will read maybe 3-5 tweets on a half-screen then avert my eyes/attention to the table to see if anything crazy or unexpected is going on. If it is a big pot I try to gather as much info on everyone involved & what they did on various streets.

I can not play poker without being listening to music , I put the headset and listening to music game ever .

If I'm playing online, I'm usually listening to music, browsing the web. Checking out forums or watching YouTube clips in between hands. If I'm playing live, I usually just listen to music and focus on the game.

While I'm playing, I'm listening to music (classical in the evening and rock in the morning not to fall asleep). In the evening, often drink beer, which is bad for the result.

I like to relax and think straight, cuz i prefer to play tournaments and every decision can be final.
Other than that. Have a smoke, drink tea,juice, chat with someone on pre-flop fold.

Or I do all 3: Poker + Youtube on laptop, COD on TV or Poker on laptop, COD and Netflix on their own TVs.

when im playing poker i usually like to listen to music,mainly uplifting house/dance music so that no matter how the cards are the running for me at least the music has me uplifted and in good spirits and if i dont like the track i change radio station.also drinking coffee and smoking since im a smoker and eating but i dont think its because i enjoy eating while playing i think its just with the 5 minute breaks you sometimes use your breaks for the toilet and other bits and pieces and end up eating while playing.

I used to always watch TV or YouTube videos while I played, but realized this wasn't a good idea for me since it distracts you from the game. I will still listen to some music while playing though, and definitely something up beat and never anything that might make me depressed.
