What do you do while playing poker?

In a given 55 minute block I will concentrate on the game & other players for maybe 10 minutes. Otherwise I will open tab to fold/call/raise and if fold, watch TV shows (Law & Order, Seinfeld, Shark Tank) or sports (MLB is excellent) and meanwhile do word or number puzzles in another tab, plus engage in a few of my favorite online forums.

Admittedly this behavior does not optimize my ROI, but it does make the grind more tolerable.

While playing, I can listen to the news, the radio, or my favourite YouTube music channels. Sometimes I listen to my girlfriend, sometimes I pretend to listen to her

I try to play only when i am rested, fed, focussed and tranquil. In those times my game is at my best

Music is a must for me, sometimes when you dont get playable hand you get boring and start doing stupid plays, with music I can wait and enjoy my headphones (singing) while I wait
