I find it really relaxing, but of course you get some adrenaline flowing in high stakes all in.

I guess thats what makes poker so awesome.

For me currently it depends on the level at which I am at the table, if I am close to the Bubble I get stressed and even more so if the prizes are big, but once the bubble is over, I calm down and play quite relaxed.

Each player himself must understand whether he can withstand the stress of playing poker.

I disagree, stress often comes from external problems, not necessarily from poker, personal, financial problems, be very aware of that, don't let things not related to poker disturb your game, even if you don't realize it, drinks, distractions, everything this decreases your chances of success, so try to study more and more, focus and dedicate yourself to your evolution, only you can win, good game!!!

Poker is a game to have fun and enjoy, but it can be stressful depending on how you take variance and how you look at it.
Never gamble more than you can lose.

Well, yes, when one hand decides whether you win a lot of money or go to 0.

Maybe it seems stressfull at the beginning, or in a short term, but in the long term I think poker helps to reduce stress! The experiences of the game are valuable, because it is a battle!

Brah... If it's stressful why do it?

Besides, stress is a choice.

I'm not a master at it but I've been able to find ways to deal with it and mostly it all about mindset buddies.

I believe peace isn't to be found but to be accepted within ourselves.

You need to learn to control negative emotions, then everything will be fine.

No matter what anyone says, stress in poker is an inevitable fact. Only self-control and discipline will help to avoid a lot of stress.

Bluffs and long bets in poker can add stress at a certain point in a game, but the stress shouldn't be too great for a regular poker player.
I have never felt stressed playing poker. Probably because I play only with the money I managed to win in freerolls. That's why I'm always calm and never nervous.

Poker is not stressful. It's a game after all. Children play games.

Chess is stressful. It’s a game of skill.

Unfortunately, very often it is not easy to follow.

Very stressfull game cause u can´t control the outcome of the cards.
Meditation should help with controlling your emotions tho.

I do not think stress is accurate, very frustrating yes. Stress would come if you use the rent money to play and loose. Too much stress, so do not do it.

Stressful is that throughout the day you have to receive Bad Beats, when that happens to me, I take the day and play when I feel like it.

Poker is both an intense and entertaining game. At the start, it's fun, but when it comes to the final table, it gets tense. I rarely make it to the final table, so most of the time, I just have fun.

I agree, stess is bad. I try to play very calmly and thoughtfully, I bluff very, very rarely, I take care of my nerves :)
