I am definitely staying and playing interesting to what we are playing and how they are playing. Aliens might be better and more friendly than some human folks we have here on earth. Besides I have played in places that sounds much scarier than this.

Now this is a spin off in @najisami style. You accept their invitation and play in fear what would happen to you and then out of nowhere you receive a call from your mother in law that your wife's water broke unexpectedly. Should you stay? Should you go?You're in a remote location, and off in the distance you see a glowing light deep in the woods. Intrigued, you go to investigate. To your shock and underlying horror, in a clearing deep in the woods, you discover an alien spacecraft. Outside the craft in the clearing, a table is set up with four odd looking beings...playing...poker...? Just as you are about to bolt and get the hell out of there, one of the beings spots you! As you stand frozen in place, it gestures to an empty chair beside them at the table, where there is a stack of chips. Clearly, they are inviting you to join them.
What do you do? Stay and play and have the experience of a life time at risk to life and limb? Or run for your life?
Now let's get back to the topic. I would accept their invitation and play. Since one of them spotted me, they'll probably going to "probe" me in both scenarios so I'm doomed anyway.

If they invited me to the game, then it would be rude of me to leave. I'll sit down and play. There is no "risk to life and limb" unless you risk by slowrolling them. THAT would be risk to life and limb. Play your best. Be a good sport. Maybe make some friends at the poker table. You are also more likely to be physically safe if you are friends with them. I would run for my life out of fear alone. I think that's also an instinct. In the end they play a different kind of poker and I don't know anything about it or I'm so bad that they slaughter me right away or so good that they kill me too to get my intelligence. So I don't see what advantage it could bring me to play with aliens.

I don't really believe in aliens, so it's probably a couple of guys in costume, so with that in mind and if I've got a couple of hours free to burn, I'd probably pull up a chair....

It's strange how I ended up so far from civilization??? 😁😁😁😁😁 But since I've found myself in such an adventure, why run? They invite me to play, of course—if they were hostile, they wouldn't have invited me; making first contact is easier with a common interest. I doubt running is going to be productive if they wish me harm. Are they playing for american dollars? Advanced technology? Alien drugs???? Can they read minds? It would depend on the stakes, but I'd likely sit down and try to have a little game. If they probe me, I hope they don't go all in.

Guys from another galaxy flew in to play poker, but settled somewhere in a dense forest and are waiting for a curious earthling to play together.
Before I sit down at the table with them, I need to know the price of a chip, otherwise there is no point in playing without knowing that you can lose or win ))) If the price is acceptable to me, I will play with aliens.
I think that creatures from another galaxy or maybe even universe who flew to earth and know how to play poker can be given a little head start in the game and lose the first couple of chips)))
