A9 - glad to see ya man. -16 aint bad for the year, and being on pace for that 250 bonus is pretty sweet. I'm still on pace for that 50 bonus.

The one bet that stands out to me there would be that HOU +9. I just feel NE is clicking, and HOU has absolutely nothing. Backup QB's and RB's running the show for them, only position they're healthy at is WR. I don't see them being able to keep up with NE and the Pats are a team that can finish 2TD's+ ahead at the end of the game.

What's this Massey-Peabody picks youre talkin about? Anything you can post a link and I can read up on or something you catch on tv? (As I typed that, I just decided to google it instead... I found out)

The last 3 games they've started slow out of the gate, but have picked it up since it seems. Peyton is on point, but his weapons are a bit banged up. With Julius out and Demaryus/Knowshon a bit banged up, they're not like they were at the beginning of the year that's for sure.

Pretty happy with the way things went this weekend with my big one's winning. Here is where I stand with the winnings to date:

Pretty excited to be up that much with my bets from the beginning of all of this. Not looking to put anything on the line for tonight's game, but will be looking to make some nice bets next week. Glad to see DEN still has gas in their tank, and not too many more weeks until they may start to rest their starters for the playoffs. I will try to post some lines that I like around Thursday. Giggity.

My initial thoughts for this week's big bets were two of the hottest teams against a couple of the league's weakest - DEN and NE. In Carbon, they're both a 13 point fav against their opponents, TEN and CLE respectively. The NE line isn't out yet on Bovada, but for teasing 10 points in a game, I'm liking those two lines. I need 3 lines to tease points on, and the third that's sticking out would be the OVER on the DEN/TEN game. It's currently set at 49 points, which would make the bet OVER 39. I feel that's pretty low for a game involving DEN. Peyton will score, and I wouldn't be surprised if TEN puts up 21 against that bad DEN defense (Chris Johnson breaking a long TD for certain).

The other lines are iffy in my opinion... They are either good teams playing against other good teams or bad teams playing other bad ones. Will look to do some other smaller teasers, but as for my big ones, those are my thoughts!

I like where you are going with that. I'm kind of surprised with the panthers line considering the Saints pretty much got blown out and are going to be on a little bit of a shorter week.

I decided to tease this one 7 points instead of 6 because I think having the extra point makes this a bit more favorable making it so that they have to lose by at least two TDs which I don't think is very likely at all.

I still have to bet $10 more this week so I will probably just go with one of your teasers. I'm liking the idea of doing a teaser with the Patriots/Broncos/Broncos o49 so once they put the lines up for the Patriots I will probably do that.

Maybe I'm going a little crazy on the Panthers, but Massey-Peabody has them as one of their picks, plus they made me about $70 one week, so idk I guess we will see how it goes.

Yeah. I heard some people on 2p2 talking about that. I don't have any o/u bets this week, but I can see how that would affect things. Is the idea that the cold weather is going to make everyone more sluggish and therefore it will be a bit of a slower game offensively? I have heard about the weather thing before, but I never really looked into it much.

Typically in bad weather, the game is indeed a bit more sluggish. If cold, just a bit slower it seems, thus less points. If raining/heavy snow, not much passing and primarily running, so that is needed to take in effect with team's strengths and weaknesses... After posting I checked the weather report for most east cost games. Sounds like if any weather, it'll be like that second half of the 1:00 games. I too don't have many O/U bets, but hopefully the weather doesn't effect things too much.

So I think I've come to a personal goal for the end of the season. I think I'd like to cash out 1k by the Super Bowl. I've typically kept to small stakes poker SnG's and a few MTT's, and rarely have the roll I have now. My cash outs have consisted of a handful of 350's - 450's checks, so this would be quite the increase. I made a $50 deposit in Carbon I think in March, and ran real good (for me) at the beginning of summer. If I can get to where I can make two withdraws totaling 1K+ by the end of the season, I will be pretty excited... LETS WIN SOME MONEY!!!

It looks like you will have to win quite a bit more on each site to be able to do that, so are you planning on increasing your bet sizes, or just planning on running really good and binking every week?

Haha I forgot to put down some back story to it...

After that initial $50 deposit on Carbon, I ran pretty well in poker that summer (in my standards) running it up to about 450 or so by the time football betting came around.

If I win my big bets this weekend, I'm sitting at a combined 1400ish in my two accounts. I will probably be jumping around a bit when that happens, I've never put this much volume into sports betting nor have I ever put much volume into online poker (I play because I love the game).

Long story short, if I win my two biggies this weekend, I'll have quite the nice BR total between the sites and will be able to make a couple of withdraws totaling close to 1K
