I enjoy watching the figure skating the most.
Any sport the Canadians are doing good in is good, hee hee but I do not really like watching the curling. It does not seem really like much of a sport
I just watched the men's mogul competition. Way to go canada! What a great performance by Alex to win the gold medal again.
I also like watching the women's hockey. Go Team Canada!

I am watching the Men moguls now and I hope Ben Cavet wins for France as he is actually English but the UK being as retarded as this country is, would not fund their own guy and cos he has French relatives he went there and got funded by France.
It pisses me off tho when GB didn't do as well as planned in the Summer games the UK was kicking off and they pull a stunt like they get a high potential athletic and then tell him we wont be funding ya!!! (WTF) Maybe if he had no potential what so ever, they might consider it!!!

Canada certainly does rule in the moguls, no doubt about it. we are that bad we had no-one in this, tbh I have only seen 2 brits so far and that was the slopestyle. I did miss day 2 tho so might of been a few brits in then, we certainly suck tho.

Wishing a speedy recovery for Canadian Yuki Tsubota who broke her jaw taking part in the Ski SlopeStyle. It was sickening to watch, when I first saw it I thought she had just knocked herself out but in fact her knee rammed into her jaw when her head made impact. I knew it was bad when she didn't move after rolling down the slope.
On a happier note Dara Howell and Kim Limarre have kept Canadians medal tallying up. GB missed out as Katie Summerhayes got 6th so missed out in the medals, she fell on her first run

Another sick accident happened in women's snowboarding. I was watchin' it @ a friends place & we were like, "holy shit!". It was scary for a few moments. She cracked her helmet in nearly half! I hope she's ok!

At least there has been no deaths this year! I remember the last winter games when Nodar Kumaritashvili died a day before the opening ceremony. It was his debut to the winter games, so very sad

Yeah that was terrible don't know if the luge track builders were ever held responsible for that or not.I have heard that the downhill course at this years Olympics has been complained about by the competitors as being one of the most dangerous they have ever raced on......scorp

I think they were found responsible cos I can remember them talking about the pole that the guy hit had had nothing on it to protect anyone running into it, he just smacked into a metal pole at very high speeds. I remember reading about it on the internet after I heard about it on the news and a lot of people were sending their condolences through the comments, but I couldn't believe that there were people asking for the pictures of him after he hit the pole, wth is wrong with these people!?
I believe they said there was complaints about the halfpipe too being dangerous.

I was rooting for Shaun White and Gregory Bretz. I was also rooting for the 15 year old Japanese boy Ayumu Hirano, how cute was he and he has a lot of potential!! Oh and he got silver, something good to show his school mates when he returns

Canadian speed skater gives up his spot to a def much better Canadian skater that fell in the olympic qualifiers, because there was a much greater chance of him getting a medal....replacement gets silver...awesome
