I love how some of people here try so hard to justify poker as a sport since they have very little experience of what real sport is.
Bboying(breakdancing), Parkour, Tricking, require far more physical training than poker at its intense stage ever will, but practitioners of those arts/training couldn't care less about their hobby not being a sport. Bboys try to keep it as an art, rather than a sport. Even poppers and lockers, like to consider their movement an art or a dance but yet, require far more intense physical training than poker.
But if you need to justify poker as a sport to make yourself feel that you're being athletic and sporty for playing poker, feel free to do so.
