Just thought of something.. since UFC bought Strikeforce..... what's going to happen with the EA Sports MMA "franchise" (even they only released one game, EA did say they wanted to make it a yearly game like Madden). I don't think the UFC will go for that since they have started to build a good relationship with THQ (who makes great fighting/sports games like UFC Undisputed, and the Raw vs. Smackdown games).

I'm hoping this ends EA's run in the MMA world.

EDIT:

Scratch that.. Strikeforce does not run EA's MMA game.. but they heavily sponsor it. So, EA could continue with their MMA game, but it would just be a generic MMA game with none, or at least not many, known fighters.

UFC 128 Countdown is on Spike tonight at 11.

Then Thursday they're having a special on Jon Jones also at 11.

Nice! Can't wait to watch, I might have to DVR it though.

Jon Jones is becoming 1 of my fave fighters. There are only a few that I like more than him. Can't wait to see him (hopefully) kick some ass.

And he's only 23 years old! If he beats Shogun, he will be the youngest UFC title holder ever. (Vitor Belfort won the UFC 12 tournament at the age of 19.. but he never held a title.. Josh Barnett became UFC Heavyweight Champion at the age of 24).

And if Jon loses.. he still has a lot of time to grow and improve. He has a great respectful attitude with talent to match, and he shows that he improves all the time. There's no wonder he's a fan favorite.

Quick change in card on the UFC Fight Night 24:

Nam Phan is out.. The Korean Zombie, Chan Sung Jung will be replacing him to fight Leonard Garcia. This fight will be scrapped from our fantasy pick.
