Oklahoma City Thunder @ Atlanta Hawks: Oklahoma City Thunder (- 2) /// 1.85
Last bet won. As I said in my prediction, I see an Orlando downturn in the last games. It's hard to say what that has to do with. But it's a fact. At the beginning of the season, the team just beat their opponents as if they were under doping. But now it's a pretty average team, especially in away games. That's the point, Golden State is terrible this season, but in this game it was obvious that the Warriors would beat Orlando. Perhaps Orlando is trivially lacking another good ballhandler to pair with Banchero. Markelle Fultz is injured. Perhaps he can add stability to Orlando. But I, for one, if I were Orlando's general manager, would consider trading Chris Paul. He's still very good despite being 38 years old! My total betting score: NBA 30-34 in favor of unsuccessful, MLB 30-27 in favor of successful, NFL+NCAAF 3-7 in favor of unsuccessful.
New bet: Oklahoma will beat Atlanta by 2 points or more. Strange odds from the bookies. Oklahoma's back-to-back. Yeah, hard game against Boston. But Oklahoma's starting five is made up of young players! And the oldest among them is Shai, who is 25 years old! And back-to-back games this season, Oklahoma has played the same lineup and won. Well, only they lost to Denver (but that was at the start of the regular season, when the Nuggets were in very good playing condition), and won all the other games. Oklahoma has no injured players. The bench is excellent! The team chemistry is top notch! The last road game was a 26-point elimination of Denver, and the last home games have been beaten Boston (by 4 points), Brooklyn (by 16 points), New York (by 9 points), and Minnesota (by 23 points). What about Atlanta? Barely beat the Wizards in their last game by 4 points. In their last home games, they lost to Sacramento (by 7 points), Memphis (by 6 points), Denver (by 7 points), but beat Detroit (by 6 points). And starting small forward De'Andre Hunter is injured. It's obvious to me that Oklahoma will win. The odds, as always, are high at 1.85. Bet? Bet!
