Anderson needs to hang them up and likewise for B.J. Penn.

BJ Penn should have left them hung up instead of fighting Frankie Edgar for the third time, and that was... yep, that was five f&*king years ago. I'm beyond even having pity for him at this stage, and it's pretty sick that the UFC keep letting him fight.

Thought it was illegal to spike an opponent on their head. That is pretty much what Andrade did to Namajunas. Seems to me that's grounds for disqualification ...

Under the ruleset the slam was legal for sure. Maybe it shouldn't be legal, but right now it is. I hope Thug Rose comes back to fight again.

Agree on both counts. That the spike should be illegal, and that she comes back.
Tuff cookie, that one ...

To be fair his stand up did look OK and his head movement was on point in that first round (which he won). His issue besides father time is the same issue he had the majority of his career...... cardio.

That being said .... his punches looked like they had very little snap to them (aside from a few shots) and allot of his punches looked like he was holding back. I think The lack of wins has taken a toll on him mentally as much as father time has taken a toll on him physically.

It's sad to see how a fighter as victorious as Anderson Silva has come this way ... it's time for him to retire.

Watching him fall to the ground due to that kick to the leg (knowing his past injuries) was hard to watch.

Most interesting fight for me is Khabib vs Poirier at Dubai.
This will be epic and probably it will reach 1.5M+ PayPerView's.

Haha. He last fight was in 2016 against Conor.

So I guess he got tired of asking a "money fight" and never getting one in these last 3 years.

Yeah, the Diaz brothers seem to price themselves out of fights. Nick sat out most of his prime.

One can never count Cerrone out. His carrier has looked to be coming to an end multiple times but he keeps fighting his way back to the top.

He did play around with his weight a bit moving up, now back down. I think he likes this one best. He will not only say it, he will fight anyone, anytime.

I am expecting Tony Ferguson to win pretty easily, but Cerrone can never be counted out

What does everyone think of the outcome for the Cerrone/Ferguson fight. I think it should of been called a no-contest.

[Stannis Baratheon]*Should've [\grammar nazi]

Why? That late punch had nothing to do with the doctor stoppage.

It was a bit of a late shot. I think Miragliotta did the right thing by giving him that hard warning and not taking a point.

Usually anything else happening the next round that's even suspect of being illegal by a good referee would result in them taking a point.

It was a great fight though, would love to see those guys run it back after Tony vs Khabib :)
