They are scheduled to fight in UFC 235 If everything goes according to plan, and if that's the case, it will be an amazing night of fights:

BTW, Nolan King wrote in his Twitter account: "Dana White says he hopes to keep Jon Jones busy. Also says he (Dana) wanted the trilogy with DC at UFC 235, but that DC was hurt." So, it would have been Jon Jones vs Cormier 3. Maybe later on if he doesn't retire as soon as was expected.
2nd of March? Thanks for the information.

Nevada State Athletic Commission has suspended Khabib Nurmagomedov nine months and fined him $500,000 for his role in a post-fight brawl at UFC 229 back in October. Nurmagomedov can reduce the suspension to six months if he participates in an anti-bullying campaign in Las Vegas.

Bragging that he landed the best punch of the post-fight brawl is Peak Conor IMO :D

I saw that and laughed so hard. He can't help himself. I think he was desperate to begin talking and posting and as soon as the Nevada decision came up, he started posting right away. Must have had those pics ready. :D

BTW, don't agree with the huge fine difference. He got 10% of what Khabib received. Doesn't seem fair to me. I mean, I believe Conor should have had to get a smaller fine that Khabib, but that seems too disproportionate.

I'm the complete opposite on that - I'm kind of amazed they fined Conor at all. I can see how with his prior record they wouldn't give him the benefit of the doubt, but he just swung back at someone who'd invaded the ring to attack him.

Meanwhile Khabib jumped the fence and started a fight in the middle of the crowd.

The amount of the fine is probably about right, but I'm surprised they didn't ban Khabib for longer.

I think it'd be cool to see GSP attempt to work his way up & thru the other competitors in an effort to become champ.

Uh... wut?

I can't fathom why anyone would want to see that - only thing that makes less sense is the idea that GSP would even want to do that.

Or that the UFC would want to do that, because it's lose-lose for them. Say they have some prospect fight GSP and GSP wins - GSP's not becoming a bigger draw because of that fight, and they've set a prospect back. Prospect wins, they damage GSP's value, and the prospect doesn't get that much shine because LOL they beat the Old Man version of GSP.

I can see him taking a few "interesting" superfights for money, I think that makes sense for all concerned.

GSP is concerned about brain damage and I don't think he will take any big fights unless its superfights for huge retirement money.

No way he will be climbing anything LOL

Looking forward to Petr Yan vs John Dodson this weekend [emoji1598] should be a good fight.

I was surprised to see David Teymur on this card, he just fought Charles Oliviera in February 1st in Brazil.

Yes, and he lost to Oliveira. BTW, Teymur eye poked Oliveira twice in that fight, and one of those was pretty nasty, to the point it looked to me like he did it on purpose.

WTF.... WTF??

Woodley fought to not get beaten up. Smith forgot you need to at least go for it if you have even a puncher's chance.

Cody had me losing a decent-sized parlay :(

& Diego the Nightmare paid off nicely for me tonight LoL. My first fight of the night that I had a bet on... it was looking to be a good night. But then awhile later and that became the only fight of the night I won anything on at all, LOL.

What you think of Asken & Lawler? I think if it didn't get called and Lawler could get up Asken was gonna bleed more @ the very least.

Yay! I bet on Pettis too! Just had a feeling and tbh, I lost money on Wonderbread in his last fight & was really unimpressed with him.

I won a couple of other fights too but lost all of my parlays and each of them because of Davis. (Damn! She needed the takedown that 3rd round!)

Pettis with some real ninja moves. Maycee Barber laid it down as well. Bunch of stinker fights but those two had me going.
