Dose anyone like the direction poker stars has taken?
The platform changed its target audience after that reformulated its rewards program at the beginning of the year, removing weekly challenges and introducing the Power Path ticket distribution system. In theory, it says that the goal is to offer a transparent program that benefits the vast majority of players. Now, in practice, the effect is the opposite, because it benefits those who already had a high volume much more.Dose anyone like the direction poker stars has taken?
I definitely don't like the path that pokerstars management has chosen, but it's their choice. I believe that the policy they have been pursuing in recent years is simply leading to decline, and the prospects for this site are rather vague. I think if everything continues like this, it's quite likely that in 5-7 years this site will simply cease to exist.Dose anyone like the direction poker stars has taken?
the main thing is that we have money, then we can playDose anyone like the direction poker stars has taken?
and what you want poker sites to give you money for free and without any effortUnless some miracle happens I expect Stars to crumble in five years.
WCOOPs and such create some traffic spikes but normally it's only tenth what GG has these days.
So just like almost any other business? Maybe there are some businesses, that have other goals than profit, but you wont find them in the gambling industry.i still play stars, i like stars still but it is essentially a greedy money making and profit orientated business.
Personally I play less there, since they raised the rake for most single table SnGs earlier this year. But I still play there sometimes, because there is 24 hour activity in SnGs and a wide selection of MTTs.i think also players play their because its stars and it holds some prestige
Some businesses as greedy as they may be do actually reinvest and offer better incentives and rewards i guess is the point i am making. So just like almost any other business? Maybe there are some businesses, that have other goals than profit, but you wont find them in the gambling industry.

I previously said in one of my posts that the current management of PokerStars will lead to it losing its popularity and value among other poker rooms if it continues to be managed in this stupid manner. From what i read, The Stars Group was planning to sell its minority shares to Flutter Entertainment by the end of the year. Now, i don't know if this will happen, even because these things take a while.
