It was just some strange glitch that occurred on the latest update (from a few days ago).

Computer is my 'poker beast'... it's working fine.... but tks.

partypoker says they will compensate me for the games and asked me for a list of the games affected by it.... BUT.... I had already told them this in my initial email and now because of this I am missing out on the games today (Unless they compensate in T$'s ??????)

I'm quite sure we have already been through this but have you performed, in full, a complete clean and reinstallation - not just delete and redownload
There is a detailed doc I can send - it certainly sounds like a glitch file from the last download causing graphical issues

Has there been anyone else, even 1 person who has had connection timed out issues on Partypoker?

I have had this issue few times now in a month where I lose connection for 1-3minutes. I always contact live support after and they say their site worked fine all day. My internet is working fine, using stable ethernet connection. And other poker sites work during this issue and internet works. So my issue is definitely between my internet and Partypoker. Not between me and internet. Also not client / browser issue since it happens in both.

Probably just overall quality of connection is worse between me and Party than it is to every other website in the world so it overwhelms sometimes? Firewall issues maybe? Cloudfare DDOS protection issues - since doesn't it make the connection first you have to connect to the Cloudfare and then to Party? One thing I think is important to note... Partypoker had some issues with SnG leaderboards not refreshing for whole 5 hours around 1 month ago . And live chat support had to check it 3 times, 3 full times before they could see a problem... I don't know how it affects this situation but worth noting... maybe they don't know everything?

This is the message I get when accessing either the website or open up the client. Lasts only 1-3 min but in Poker tournaments it can be crucial

Someone else from finland also had same issue. I re-contacted Livechat and they told me to re-install the client despite it being internet issue. Because of cache building up etc I don't know. Refunds cannot be given etc they said.

Should I re-install my client and clear cookies every week from now on just to cater to poor servers provided by Partypoker?

Requesting verification of closure in Panama

I received the following email just now, which I opened in a browser and will include snapshots below. It states my account will be terminated on 31 august 2020.

I have contacted customer service requesting conversion of two $109 tickets to cash by noon COT tomorrow and await their response.

Since the tournament both tickets are for is multi day starting tomorrow at 1pm COT and lists as a 3 day event. That would put us past the closing deadline should I advance to the final day. I should not be made to play if it can exceed the deadline imposed upon me as you cant have it both ways.

EDIT: I do not understand why the jpegs of the email are not uploading as they are fine on my end. Maybe a CC mod can reply when the service is available again.

I am ceasing activity in my account until I receive an official response.

Have yet to hear back from emailing support yesterday. Busted out of the first $109 ticket as the tournament began before I could get a reply.

Then I didnt see the second ticket available anymore, so got on the live chat with support who confirmed that Party is ending all accounts in Panama on August 31st and I wont be able to play afterward. He said I have a $109 ticket remaining but no events available to use it on and he wouldnt convert it to cash for me.

So had I advanced to day 3 of this tournament using the first $109 ticket which auto registered me into the today's main tournament upon winning it, I would have been locked out of the tournament after day 2 with Party stealing all equity of the first ticket.

Have no idea of the fate of the second $109 ticket, but to incensed to say or do anything more right now.

Basically feeling robbed of $218 at this point.

There appears to be internet issues affecting some of our players today - tech is aware, however, its a sporadic global issue and cant be fixed from our end
We hope the issue resolves itself soon

The decision to close business in Panama is due to legal and legalisation changes recently - we are unable to continue offering our services

Hey everyone!
I can't seem to find myself on the PP FF leaderboard and I have only been playing FF for the last 2 months. I only get cashback. Is it the case that I can only get one of the 2? I thought maybe I need to go through some form of verification so I sent my national ID card 4-5 days ago but got no response.
Anyone had the same issue?

Wow just wow.

Saw this email this morning. I guess this is Party 'looking out for me'.

Needless to say I saw this too late. The expiration date on the ticket is one month, but fairness doesnt matter as Party just does what it wants on the fly. Its apparent it comes out of someones personal bonus otherwise the company would do the right thing and award me $109 or even $218 cash. I am right and Party needs to stop acting like their rules are etched in stone when its convenient for Party.

If everything Party says is law, then they robbed me of the first $109 because my account would have been locked out after day 2 of the tournament with no way to finish day 3. So either way Party's word is flawed.

I will let you all know here and many other places on the internet if party decides to steal my remaining $109 ticket and give me nothing in return. Yes this can happen to any one of you who play there at no fault of your own.

So far this is the only intentional response by Party. There is more to this, but I am not going to play all of my cards now. Lets wait and see what happens.

Party converted my remaining $109 ticket to cash after what felt like pulling teeth to get what is rightfully mine, but not before trying to talk me into playing a 3 day tournament that I would not have been able to finish due to the fact that I will be locked out of my account after tomorrow.

The other ticket they could not refund because it was spent even though there is no way I could have won that 3 day tournament because I would have been locked out of my account on day 3. My issue is that I was auto registered for it upon winning the ticket which I should not have been all things considered.

I imagine had I not busted out on day 1 something would have been done about that as well, but how could I know this after talking to support on chat who suggested nothing could be done.

One thing I will say is that no poker site has exceptional customer service any more and this is sad because there is no one to hold the competition to a higher standard and this is the sad state of online poker today.

Activate real account to play freerolls

Hello
A few day ago download the App to play the freerolls but to my surprise I can’t play them.. and wanted to try the software but although u have the option for play money I can’t get any play chips to play and get to experience the software

Our freerolls are only applicable to our real cash players for legal reasons - any game offerings cash rewards or tickets is applicable only to real cash players - not play money
To convert the account you are required to make a min deposit ($10)
If you are not willing to deposit, you can only access the free play money offerings on site

The claims in your prior post we have "robbed" you are incorrect, you played a specific event which, unfortunately, the ticket is valid only for that event and due to legal reasons - our business has been withdrawn from your location which has been unavoidable
As you say, the team converted the 2nd ticket allowing you to withdraw
I see no issue with the resolution - the events - as you say are unusual, however, likely covered in full via our T&Cs and in this instance, the team have helped where possible to find a reasonable solution

Your comments regarding customer service I find untrue, at partypoker we have worked very hard over the last years building relationships with our players both across the live and online platforms - we offer multiple, personal support routes - twitter, Facebook communities, Apps and forums
We cater for all our players, at each level of gaming and provide an exceptional service where possible

Hi come here to ask for help as I’m having troubles withdrawing from party poker I’ve put through verified docs etc...but last week I withdraw a small amount of 100 cad after grinding from cents my internal review went through but was told twice that they couldn’t send the amount I requested...they keep telling me they’re having issues sending the money which I don’t understand it’s e transfer...it was suppose to be sent Monday but was told they had processing issues...then that following day I got email saying my problem was resolved and the money would went on the 2nd of sept ...and still haven’t recieved anything... I ended messaging them and was told again they’re a processing issue..so why am having troubles because atm I have gotten no explanation in why the processing is having issue and I keep reading people getting there withdrawal with no problems please help it’s been since aug 25 I’ve been waiting patiently...I don’t how much longer I can take with this matter cause to me and the rest of the poker community is this by far one of the most important

Account issues, especially such as deposits/withdrawals are far better addressed and dealt with via the customer service teams
If the issue is in hand with the relevant teams, I can only advise you await an update or follow up via live chat or email

Ok...I’m suppose wait and and keep getting the same emails even know they told me they resolved the issue the first time....if the third time it’s the same issue then I know something is wrong and completely unfair that they keep out of loop... I guess collete didn’t help very much

It’s withdrawal and the fact I haven’t herd any story yet of this sorts is very odd...I mean how can I have the same problem 2 times in row wouldnt you think they would tell some sort different way to withdrawal instead....

Oh I forget to mention collete you said the same thing the the live teller... is wait for the relevant to attend the matter...but they didn’t explain what seemed to be the issue they just said your case is under investigation for what!..As you can tell I got another email of same sorts with no really definitive explanation collete... how is this possible collete
