Hi come here to ask for help as I’m having troubles withdrawing from party poker I’ve put through verified docs etc...but last week I withdraw a small amount of 100 cad after grinding from cents my internal review went through but was told twice that they couldn’t send the amount I requested...they keep telling me they’re having issues sending the money which I don’t understand it’s e transfer...it was suppose to be sent Monday but was told they had processing issues...then that following day I got email saying my problem was resolved and the money would went on the 2nd of sept ...and still haven’t recieved anything... I ended messaging them and was told again they’re a processing issue..so why am having troubles because atm I have gotten no explanation in why the processing is having issue and I keep reading people getting there withdrawal with no problems please help it’s been since aug 25 I’ve been waiting patiently...I don’t how much longer I can take with this matter cause to me and the rest of the poker community is this by far one of the most important


I've always found Party pretty good with withdrawals. If they've said it has gone through the review then they intend to send it. I'm sure you've checked but is the account its being sent to able to accept the funds. Sometimes the recieving account can be the issue. Credit cards may not be able to accept the payment etc. Obviously if they said the 2nd then we're still on that today. Hopefully you'll have a bit if clarity on what the issue is soon. So we got clarity but no recieved funds instead they said they refunded the money into my account and said try again? I need help anuone have suggestions what is quickest withdrawl any help would be great thx :)

I withdraw onto the debit card I deposited with. It's a visa withdrawal. I received the funds within 36 hours of when I requested them- requested them Tuesday morning and was in yesterday some time. I'm in the UK. Not sure if that makes a difference and didn't catch where you're bank is based. Good luck

Oh I forget to mention collete you said the same thing the the live teller... is wait for the relevant to attend the matter...but they didn’t explain what seemed to be the issue they just said your case is under investigation for what!..As you can tell I got another email of same sorts with no really definitive explanation collete... how is this possible collete


I don't work in the customer service teams - as I said, they are best to advise regarding account issues
I work in our social and marketing poker team I can help with promos,info , news, general poker related issues but account issues need to go to CS
I cant help, as advised, and as you are aware, the relevant team will deal with such issues in a timely manner - yes, you need to have some patience and wait

Hello everyone!

My account was hacked 2 days ago, and all the money are gone! I sent a message to support , and this is the reply :

"Thank you for contacting Customer Service.

From what we see the funds were used for gameplay on Clubhouse Blackjack. Nevertheless since you said that you have not played recently we have put the account on hold and will need you to fill out the document attached so our relevant team can investigate."

So does this mean that someone has my password? I have never given out information to anyone and I am the only player, only poker and sports betting has been used. I never play casino games.

I really hope they will credit my balance as soon as possible. I have sent over a "declaration of fraudulent activities" today as you asked me to.

Hi . My id is- frankenheim15. My wpt $109 Sattie ticket is missing from my client. Today when I logged in, the ticket has disappeared. I was gonna play tonight mega Sattie into 1050 day 1 B .The ticket has a expiry date of 29th sept

Ok so how long does it take to verify documents? How long should it take?

This is the 3rd set of documents that I have sent since I signed up. The first when I joined, the second set when I was locked out for no reason other than you wanted documents sent again. And now the third time just about a week ago in order to cash out because you chose not to renew your license in Panama.

Each time I sent different government documents so you now should have a copy of every piece of identifying information that I own from 2 different governments.

Yet when I log in and go to the cashier it asks me to verify as if I never sent anything.

No one replies or sends a courtesy email that says we have received your documents or if there is a problem with them.

This is what I meant about the customer service of online poker sites leaving something to be desired.

But you say you are the best. So tell me what should I expect to happen now?

Can you confirm that anyone is doing anything?

The ticket was event specific for event#8 - if sats for that event have ended the ticket will expire

As I have said previously, I work within the poker and marketing teams, I can not confirm timelines for ID verification and withdrawal issues
I would suggest you reach out to the teams using the live chat option or send an email from your registered email to info@partypoker.com
The CS Risk teams will be able to provide a time line and an update
As you are aware, the situation is due to closure in Panama, I imagine the teams have multiple players they are assisting in the same situation

If you have provided all the requested documents via email, I suggest you follow up via the same email thread
Currently according to account status the issue is "pending"
Were all documents sent from the same email registered within the account? This would significantly speed up the procedure

I'm having trouble with log in last 40 minutes. I do not know what to do. I played the game, but in the lobby it was written that there were problems with the server. So I decided to close the program and reopen it. But now I can't log in anymore.

I'm having trouble with log in last 40 minutes. I do not know what to do. I played the game, but in the lobby it was written that there were problems with the server. So I decided to close the program and reopen it. But now I can't log in anymore.

I solved the problem in part. If you constantly try to enter, then at some point it will work. I was even present in the game during my last hand. Can you imagine? I had such a big stack that for almost an hour that I was away it held me to the lowest prize place. I'm upset of course, but there's nothing I can do about it. But the room is still buggy. And in some tabs there is an error message.

Partypoker stole my money

I joined partypoker made a deposit and send them the documents required to verify my identity. A few days later they froze my account seized all my funds (initial deposit + 20 in winnings) and told me my account is permanently banned and that i won't get my funds back.

After harassing livechat i was told that the documents provided are fake and that the desision they made is final.

What the actual...

I send them a picture of my passport and my registration form. How can they say it's fake and proceed to take all my money. I tried to explain to them that they must have made a mistake and that i can send the documents again or i can verify my identity otherwise. But they don't care. Partypoker stole my money and there is nothing i can do about it.

I am so furious and at a loss for words.

I have a problem with my account, I once played on your room and decided to go to carry a deposit again. Well, I saw messages from your room that came to the email. Someone used my mail and asked me to ban my account forever ... I tried to restore it, I was told that this is not possible! Why should I always block it? What should I do now? Tnarslit may not hit quite right. Well, the point is that they blocked it for me forever. And now I cannot play in your room, but I would like
