Sorry, I have to say one thing for challenge Perfect Match, I am sceptic of this type casino challenges because you did not put the real nicknames or screenames of players than the code? I got score 377, I thought I was good, and it turned out I didn't even get into the first 250. Maybe that means the other players are playing day and night this 2 days LOL. For what reason you not put real nicknames or screenames?

I want to write one negative experience for your room..Today I played Black Jack(not live) , and I didn't win 9 times in a row (2 times draw) .. I lost all my money of course, about $100 ..

And after that disappointment I get this message from your support..Can you explain to me why, because your support not want to explain? Why I can not play freeroll or make deposit if I lost my money?

I have no comment on this!!! I want this resolved as soon as possible! I lose all my money because of an unrealistic game where I can't win 9 times in a row and you give me this for that??

I quit playing online blackjack many, many years ago. It honestly did not feel realistic to me.
6mos. seems like a long time. What did you say to them?
I believe they are legally bound to follow through with exclusion (but don't know much about it).

Kinda hindsight now... but I don't even share my badbeats with any humans (well.. except for a few with MTCash... just to cheer him up a bit, lol)... I typically share them with my dogs

The decision was likely based on your contact with the CS teams or the fact you opted to exclude via the client
For legal reasons - once RG option is activated the min period of exclusion is 6 months - the decision will not be reversed and we do not allow deposit or freeroll play during exclusion from our services

Okay, I may have been frustrated and sent a slightly vague message, but is that enough reason to self excludion? .. And I did not requested for self excludion as they wrote to me! .. And I have not yet get a answer, WHAT is the concret reason for it? I think for that big decision you needed very big reason, not one my short message!

Are you sure you did not opted to get excluded in the client ? Because that was Colette just said.

Party Poker is still UP?

I am on Ubuntu using wine and everything was fine until I reinstalled about a year ago. Since then I haven't been able to load party poker. I will try again this afternoon since it sounds like Party Poker is still with us.

So long, Missions.

I think I had something to do with PP's reset, I brought up the problem of the SNG missions payout tickets were all inactive, since they had changed all the SNG prices to whole dollar amounts. (On canada PP Facebook page)

I am a little bummed I didn't hit the 10$ SNG bonus. I was just missing the QQ hand win, as far as I can figure. I hit them once and bet, maybe a little too much, opponents all folded, and I suppose that didn't count.

Anyway, looking forward to whatever they come up with next, hopefully new missions. I came to appreciate the missions a little late in their life cycle.

I’ve used partypoker since 2009, I’m a small time player averaging £10/yr.
The last couple of weeks have been frustrating, I believe there to be some system issues on your side.

I will be mid hand and call/raise/fold nothing will happen and then suddenly sets me to away and folds my hand.
Sometimes I will get my turn start when the timer is in the last 25% not giving me enough time to take action.
I’m playing on a 2018 13” ipad Pro using the App, my internet and WiFi are fast and stable at about 500mbit.

I tried contacting support today to report the issue, they said there is no issue and what would I like them to do, I gave some suggestions but got the impression it was going to be send direct to e-garbage.
The whole interaction was very negative and has me wondering if I should spend my chips and go elsewhere.
I was not asking for refunds, rebates or had any interest in getting back any perceived losses caused by this.

I hope you can resolve the issues soon and hopefully not lose too many players

Starting to play some of the twitch home games. Won one of the $11 twitch open tickets which you need to use within 14 days. These tournaments run once a week. Just wondering what happens if you win more, do you get a credit or just build up these tickets and need to use them in the 14 day period? Obviously if you place 3 times in a fortnight you will not be able to use them all up.

They are bonus tickets anyway, but just wanted to know what happens when you win more than one.

It's okay, won another, looks like they have the same expiry. Looks like the extra bonus comes into play when you don't have a ticket. Still good value.

The Twitch open tickets indeed expire within two weeks and should be used for the twitch open - they are not exchanged for cash and should be used for the target events weekly

hi. no holddem manager not works on the platform. they made the site more or less anonymous some time ago so you will also not see where the players are coming from. ther only thing you will see are screennames. greetings.
