Ive used partypoker since 2009, Im a small time player averaging £10/yr.
The last couple of weeks have been frustrating, I believe there to be some system issues on your side.
I will be mid hand and call/raise/fold nothing will happen and then suddenly sets me to away and folds my hand.
Sometimes I will get my turn start when the timer is in the last 25% not giving me enough time to take action.
Im playing on a 2018 13
ipad Pro using the
App, my internet and WiFi are fast and stable at about 500mbit.
I tried contacting support today to report the issue, they said there is no issue and what would I like them to do, I gave some suggestions but got the impression it was going to be send direct to e-garbage.
The whole interaction was very negative and has me wondering if I should spend my chips and go elsewhere.
I was not asking for refunds, rebates or had any interest in getting back any perceived losses caused by this.
I hope you can resolve the issues soon and hopefully not lose too many players
