Here as you can see I have money in my account and still can’t register for the tournament. A little bit crazy that no one else in the support team is aware of this issue when literally within 10 minutes of me posting that topic I linked to I had a reply from a respected community member with 15000+ post so I can assume he wasn’t blowing smoke.

I have sent all the details to the tech team to look into
We tested yesterday and had no issues with late reg so certainly seems an isolated issue though have asked the team to look for full resolution

Ive had a similar glitch a few times.Wont reg and asks if i would like to activate my real money account (deposit!)
Log out and back in,sometimes twice,and it seems to get back to normal
I really dont know why i bother,its not like the tech team are not fully aware of these little ahem "glitches" and have yet to see one of these little ahem "glitches" be in favor of the player ,but almost without fail always open the door to further deposits or some other thing that depletes players in some way whatever site it happens to be on lol
This is not aimed at party at all,every site has these little tricks that help them a little here and there and the proof is in the sheer volume of intricate processing that goes on every day without any problem,but where any problem arises it is almost always without fail to the prosperity of the site and detriment of the player....unfortunately that is the commercial world we live in,i choose to hope i can succeed in online poker while other more busy types working 9-5 may choose to believe they can get somewhere by filling up at the gas station that offers fly=by points and 6c off every liter of gas with a receipt from a certain supermarket while they charge an extra 8c a liter for 2 weeks either side of the promotion lol im sure you see where im coming from,it is a greedy grasping manipulative commercial world we live in and it is a shame we must expect little tricks and gimmicks in everything we partake in.
So lol all that being said partypoker is still among my much preferred sites to play at and even if this little glitch was created to get the occasional extra deposit,well its not so bad and theres much much worse tactics being used elsewhere,gl at the tables all

Aha i see 2 factor authentication,i dont like the idea personally as it adds to possible complications or tasks lol but would certainly use it if i had a roll worth worrying about.Im sure you know what i would think if it did resolve the problem haha thanks for the reply,i appreciate it

I've been playing recently and wanted to ask why you randomly added ante's to the fast forward table and changed the minimum buy in amounts from 100bb to 50bb. Changing the buy ins just encourages short stackers which aren't that good for the game.

Nope, But wanted to let you know i did not experience any issues with tournaments as of lately just that one off with the late registration. though i am abit adamant to late reg for anything so I am not sure if its working but assume it is as I have had no issues registering early. Thank you for the reply and for looking into this issue im glad it hasnt happened to just me as i was not really sure where i was going wrong lol

I'm curious why PP has decided to adopt "real name" tourneys, and the plan I think I saw was to change all tourneys like this going forward?

In this age of privacy concerns and scams is it really beneficial for players?

I'm not a high money player, but I would suppose the higher the stakes you play the more vulnerable you are

I really do not know if my account is cursed or something but I am suppose to be on day 3 of my deposit bonus and i have yet to receive my spin tickets for the day.. I deposited Saturday around 12 noon for the cardschat tournament i had issues and could not register for. Other times i received them around 12 noon est its now 11:10pm and i have yet to receive my Day 3: 5x $1 SPINS tickets for the day which may i point out is a little ridiculous seeing as the day is over and i have had literally nothing but issues. So is it me or my account because all this is getting abit frustrating when you add up the missing cards chat code i registered with, the tournament i could not register for and the missing spin tickets you told me about the other day i have spent more time complaining then actually playing it seems. Then again maybe im just missing something and maybe I am wrong but they are suppose to be there right?
i got my first days right away Saturday then yesterday i got another set then today nothing?

I have a problem with Partypoker's regards, I got an absurd response and I want to share it with all of you.
In the last days I completed 3 partypoker missions and obtained 3 reward tkts !
Good !

The problem is that the tkts appear to me as inactive, one expires tomorrow, another on 01.02 and another on 02.02. Upon my complaint they informed me that I can't use the tkt because there are no tournaments availables LOL . So what kind of reward is that? I enclose a screenshot of my tkts and a screenshot (in Spanish) of the answer and then the English translation.
I hope next time they can give reward tkts that can be used!

I have been playing party poker for a while, not bad but I think the iOS App could be improved.

Tournament structures seem a little odd, 6 max, no full ring games,

Collette runs uk poker and the Canadian free roll is great.

She does help out a lot of issues if you follow on Facebook.

Password pasting

Not sure if this has been mentioned before but when I copy and paste a password into the mobile app it will not accept the password, it's a little hard when you don't have a pen or paper to write down the long password number and it will not let you put in a few numbers, go back check the password and finish off the password, it disappears

Especially if your using an ipad, the copy will grab spaces and other characters you can’t see.... don’t copy the hole space, just the characters

I guess I am just going to chalk this one up as a loss, today i received two random .25c spins that has nothing to do with Day 3 or 4 of my or ANY apparent bonus for either tier first deposits. I do not even enjoy the spins but this just seems to deceptive to customers and i cant be bothered to waste my efforts anymore when i already have decent rolls built on multiple sites so no need to add headaches into the mix. I was Originally intrigued by the weekly members buy in game as i play with most of the guys on other sites so wanted to partake here but it seems to be nothing but headaches, I do have to say i enjoy the layout nicer then stars or acr but that is about it.

I had the same issue, and after keeping at it with customer service they credited me with T$. The first time I tried, I got the run around, telling me to get back to them after they expired. The second time I tried again a few days later (I won all the Sit & Go missions tickets within a week) I got back to them and the agent was much better and helped right away.
All in all party poker is pretty great and has pretty good service. You probably got the newbie trainee CS agent?

Stick to your guns and try again. And you can mention my post. Colette can probably vouch for me , this was posted about in the Canadian Party Poker FB page.
