Good afternoon, what's going on with the party poker money transfer? And what is the story of not having enough games to draw resources that we are entitled to? Is this a joke? Will they retain their clients' money there and then suddenly break down and take everything? It happened with a friend of mine so I asked him to send me the email so that I could solve it with the community. That's not right, if I play 1 game and make enough money to cash out, I have to be able, there can be no barriers to moving MY MONEY.

It sure would be awesome if Partypoker was to have a look at the satellite structures that Fulltilt used to employ on their site.... both the Token format in 18-man SnG's & their regular satties too. Many of the satties on FTP paid out 1 in 4. These made them very popular!
The token format also paid out 1 in 4 (with some closer to 1 in 3 .... ie. $8.60 buyin, 18man SnG with 1st - 5th = a $26 token, 6th =$1). The $26 tokens could be used on $24+2 buyin MTT's 'OR' for the 18man SnG to the $75 tokens... which in turn could ladder up to the $215 tokens.
This also helped to ensure big turnouts to the MTT's! And tokens didn't need to have a short expiry period on them either.. nor was their a concern about T$'s or satty players playing the 'Target event'.
I believe it'd be fantastic if Partypoker was to try to adopt some sort of similar satellite plan. The payouts for 1 in 10 just don't cut it for myself. Years back when FTP was paying out 1 in 4 (or just slightly better than 1 in 4.. or slightly worse), Stars had a lot of 1 in 10's (or 1 in 20). It wasn't difficult to see how well FTP was doing with the satellites. They were so popular that there were many players who solely played the satellites for a living! (satellite specialists).
Another example of a popular satellite was for the $50+5 buyin Tournaments ('The Fifty-Fifty'). During the afternoon they'd have a few different options, with the $14+1 buyin Satties being very popular! Again better than a 1 in 4 gets paid format. (also had $8 buyin & a $3 r/a for this too).

I don't see why Partypoker wouldn't consider doing something like this these days????
I'm certain it'd grab another chunk of the MTT player pool if they did. (I know I'd be playing LOADS of them... & so would most of the people I know who play online MTT's).

It was great to see today that Partypoker is running satellites that are paying out 1 in 4 (lol).
Yup! It is true!
.... I just bubbled one (Can't believe that player called my BvB shove in 'that spot' when there were two very short-stacked players allin on the other table & one very short one left on our's... just a couple places off the money. I looked him up after to see he's only played 4 games lifetime on Stars & 5 on Partypoker... hmm.. made sense now).

$5 satellites (hyper feeder ticket) to $22's (1 in 4 paid!)
I'm hoping to get into the $215 Partypoker Million for less than $500 (err.. I mean $50)

There is no "retaining" money, you can withdraw via the standard withdrawal options
The IAT option is restricted for money laundering protection and legal requirements

In the history of hands, when constructing filters with the final hand, the names of the combinations were violated: a straight flush comes before a four of a kind, but when applying a filter, it shows a four of a kind. It is still very inconvenient for hand analysis to display like and dislike (cannot be filtered out), and if there is a side pot, you can lose most of the chips in the main and win a smaller part in the side pot, as a result, the chips become smaller after the distribution and the hand is marked as winning. I think this is not entirely true :wink:

Hi - can you confirm where you are seeing this, please?
Are you using mobile or desktop or are you referring to My Game?
Some more detail would really help us try to replicate this in house so we can look into it in more detail

Hi colette , i have a verified account as i remember i did deposit in the past on PP , last night i asked a friend to send me some money on my account so i could join few tourneys this week end i woke up to my account closed and i couldnt reach the support team , i log in with Ben_1312 and my screename is weezy1312 i told my friend to send to weezy1312 maybe that was a mistake ? either way they should inform me and not brutally shut down my account without informing me for no good reason !! here is the message i get when i try to open my account and here is my mail : mr.weezy1312@gmail.com

Is Party experiencing difficulties with party million final day. I qualified in the last day, I see a lobby and it keeps saying that it's going to start in 15 minutes, been like this since 3pm, now it is 4. 15 pm but still no game for me, my buddy said he saw the game being played like at 3.10 pm and my name wasn't in lobby.
Could you look into this please?

I also had trouble as the software was non responsive and I couldnt finish a day two of a tournament. I finally did get logged in only to flop a straight and by the time the software processed my play the hand was over and it folded me. After that I just shut it down to get blinded off. What was the point in continuing to get frustrated?

I sent an email for help but the email is also non responsive at this writing.

Their response will determine if I give this site another shot or give up on it completely. Will let you guys know here.

I'm not sure what the actual problem for you here was but when I have had similar in the past on this site, I would need to log off, then re-open the site and it would have me sitting in again.... otherwise it'd just keep folding my hands.

I sure wish Partypoker could make a better effort at scheduling their 'Feeder' satellites. (or perhaps I need to get better at navigating that lobby... or maybe both???).
Today I entered a $22 Millions Online Feeder. Despite a brutal 2min. blind structure (or maybe because of it??) I managed to win my $109 ticket while placing in the top 5. (one of those top 5 gauranteed but then when you read the fine print you discover that nothing is guaranteed aside from discovering you might be playing 15 levels for nothing when it doesn't meet it's guarantee. So what exactly IS a guarantee then??).
So I win the $22 satty. I bring up the lobby, expecting to see when the next satty starts (the Target event.. in this case the $109). A small window appears, asking me if I want to play the Freeroll or the Shootout (M4M).... it confuses me for a moment and then I don't get the chance to check the tourney lobby as it puts me on another table with 4 or 5 other players. We sit there for minutes. I assume it's because the tourney is about to begin. Then we're dealt a hand with blinds at 1k/2k and I bring up the lobby to discover I am starting off at Level 16. HA HA HA.. Level 16??? Really???
My stack is only deep enough to play ONE hand as it's folded to be & I have an AXo hand in CO so I gii. BTN calls with A-Xo & manages to river his weaker kicker. 'gg me'
So the few hours I spent winning the $22 & then the $109.... last me for ONE HAND, lol.
Worst scheduling EVER imo.

Why would it be so difficult to have multiple scheduled games where players can actually enter to start at the beginning of the tournament? What happened to the days of poker where some skill was involved? (today my dog had just as good of a chance at winning this as I did)

Hey bud. Thanks for chiming in. I did all of that several times. Then I finally got it to work but the lag was still immense. When I flopped the straight and bet it and still couldnt get the hand in, I knew it wasnt going to happen. Cheers.
