What!!! No one has robbed you
The hand played out correctly, as you can see via the hand history
The issue with the replayer was a display issue which was quickly corrected and rectified

Should you wish to complain further, please direct your feedback and comments via the customer service channels

I'm so glad the sites have never swapped the cards on me in the middle of a hand... or just after the hand. Yah... sooo soooooo glad THEY'VE never done it to 'me'. Phew! I'm not saying.... well but I kinda am I guess, I've never had a single friend have that happen to them either. In total that's gotta be idk.. TENS of millions of hands (Unless they weren't always payin' attention & actually DID have it happen to them too). Talk about unlucky man... WoW! I swear you must be the unluckiest player EVER! Yeah but im speaking the truth,calling them out on their cheating software,i could lie to everyone and tell them online poker is the only thing in the world thats not rigged then offer staking with make-up ...then i would be on a win win wouldnt I....or i could grease them up speaking grandoise things couldnt I...You play yours..Ill play mine! Ask yourself this question Orifice....Why did i check my hand after my KJ lost when it should of won...and why of all the times i couldve checked any hand ...why have they said thr replayer displayed the wrong cards?Go on ...think about it brains...its blatantly obvious they are lying through their teeth ,have you ever once checked a replay to see the wrong cards displayed...only time ive ever seen it is in instances of this card changing rubbish!

it’s very inconvenient to play in the mobile version! the person is running, his nickname is not visible, and there’s no way to see the distribution history! will there be a change ?!

Today i got challenge to get dealt AK, AQ, KQ 4 times for prize... i play for 2 hours 3 tables so i guess i got 50 those hands dealt and no money.. support says to sent hands ID for them and then they give me 5€ with a note that its something like a gift for valued customer.. instead 20$ i get 5€ and i should be thankfull?? What a joke...

when i get moved tables on PartyPoker my whole table disappears, as if i have been disconnected.. "yikes where my table go??"
it mix me up, special when play many tables then one vanishes for a long few seconds, then reappears but in stages
makes me nervous each time (no other poker site software have this defect)
is this something can repair or i just need live with this quirk of PartyPoker?

Please ensure you have our latest updates installed
I would suggest you remove the current software in full and reinstall from the website

yes i get robbed the same way during table change,disconnections top end of tournaments are unacceptable and very very common...many many wins stolen that way ...now about this third party software...i dont use anything ...are you telling me i cant record my games in case of foulplay here????:call2: oh i have complained about the table change issue,its far too costly and timely to be accidental,and the 6 man sit n go that i was winning by miles ...heads up,,,then it went back to 5 players and stacks changed accordingly...that was some years ago now but guess where...wish i was recording then!

If they started adding players to a 6man SnG when we were down to HU, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't play on there anymore.

Personally I see 'us' (the members here on Cardschat) being very fortunate & having a great opportunity to have direct contact with a representative of Partypoker.... one who informs us of different promos, different things happening at Partypoker (wayyy too many to even start to mention them here); one who helps out some of the members when they're experiencing some type of legitimate problem (when or if they're able to); etc. etc. etc.

Years ago it was more popular for the different pokersites to have representatives belonging to the major online poker forums & it was unusual for a site to not have a rep. (ie. most of the iPoker network sites never had reps on the forums... although williamhill tried it briefly at one point but failed miserably... probably not the rep's fault I'm sure). Today it is very very rare for the poker forums to have reps. from the online sites belonging to their forum. I think at Cardschat here we are very priviledged to have Colette here, representing Partypoker (and also the guy from ACR... although I have far less experience with him seeing as I haven't played on that site in 4 or 5yrs.).

Also I liked one of your posts somewhere near the end of this thread here last night . But why do you think I was talking about you or Colette? Maybe I also think its ridiculous that you had to send your ID in seven times. 3 times is probably too much.

Just because I have had difficulty with a couple of the support staff at PP, where they verified my account for WD's when I was requesting it for P2P transfers (even though it had already been verified for WD's at the time & even though I've made numerous P2P transfers in the past) does not make a site shadey to me (or as you put it.. something smells rotten).

And just because a member on CC claims their cards were changed mid-hand,... this doesn't cause me ANY concern with the site at all.

Our freerolls are for real money players only - so no, you can not play without a deposit
