Hello to the locals. there is a problem with party poker. I can’t log into the client. It doesn’t produce any errors, it just doesn’t let me into the client. reinstalling a later version did not help either. maybe someone faced a similar problem, tell me what to do. thank

What's the exact error message? There must be some sort of pop up if you can not access
Where are you playing from?
Did you download the webpage - did the client install correctly?
What's the username? Do you have an account or creating a new?

Hi all
Following today's update we have added some new features at the tables, detailed below:
- ITM (in the money) indicator This will show in the top left corner of the tourney and will highlight AMBER when the field remaining is 120% or less than number players ITM and will highlight GREEN when players are in the money
- Late reg countdown in the lobby under Status
- One-Click bet option improvements - you can enable this via Options in the bottom left corner when playing. This helps increase hand speed and makes gameplay smoother for our players, we have added an option to place custom bets as soon as the custom button is clicked
Finally, for our MAC users, we have updated the look and feel of the client and introduced several new features including a new table look, customisable table felts & backgrounds, improved player plates and notes colours, improved preferences and new decks and cards options
Any feedback, as always, is appreciated

Partypoker player-to-player tran$fers problem

Hi Collete,
Ongoing issue here for me (for months now but just haven't bothered to get it taken care of).

I have verified my Partypoker account numerous times & I think I've played on PP now for just over 10yrs. I've previously been able to transfer fund$ to another player but when I tried to do so awhile back (6mos?,.. 9mos?.. maybe a year ago now?) the site said I needed to verify my account to do so. I was confused as I had already done so previously (more than once).
So I sent all of my documents in (again) and support responded by telling me "Okay you are now able to Withdrawal funds from your account."
I emailed them back, asking them basically WTF? and then explained that this isn't even what I was inquiring about (I'd actually made a couple of WD's just prior and have been able to do so for a longggg time now and have made multiple WD's since playing on PP). I wrote them back, telling them it was the PLayer to PLayer transfer feature that I was asking about.
The situation was never rectified. I believe I posted in here about it once back then too (maybe? .. or maybe on Fb).
Not having much patience for online poker customer support over the years (I can tell you a gazillion nightmare stories I have had in trying to explain to someone who doesn't give two sh__s about my situation (not PP.. but many other sites as I've probably played on over 40 sites in 10yrs. now)). I give up much easier these days (my peace of mind is worth more than a $10 tourney ticket..... hmm.. .maybe this is what they count on?)

Clifs:
Need to have my player-to-player tran$fers sorted out for me please. I've just written in to support (again) on Monday but have heard no response from them and nothing has been changed on my account.

when I go to make a player to player transfer it tells me I need to go Verify.
when I go to Verify it tells me I already have, lol... sigh :(

If you send a utility bill showing the address, no older than 3 months, the team can update the account and activate the IAT feature

Curious. How many times do you think it should be necessary to VERIFY my account? Because honestly I am tired of it..
I have no problems cashing out it's just the p2p that won't work for me. (Even though this is what I requested the last time I had the account verified but the incompetent support staff instead responded by saying to me "Okay.. you can withdrawal now).
Perhaps I just won't bother with that feature any longer (as I haven't now for quite some time). I don't really care that much. Other places I have only needed to verify ONE time.. not 7

I tried phoning support yesterday & I could easily say that pulling my own teeth out is a more comfortable experience for me. I figured "Hey I'll give it another try.. why not?"
Immediately I could barely understand the guy who answered the phone. He could've just have easily said "Boyles Poker... or Merge Network... as opposed to Partypoker". I had to inquire "Is this Partypoker support? Have I reached the customer support service number for Partypoker here?
Right after this, the reverb on the call was soooooo bad, I could not go another 15seconds. Each time I spoke, it repeated it LOUDLY back into my earpiece. Really? I said to the support guy "I cannot hear a thing you are saying now and I cannot hardly hear myself think. Can't you hear my voice being echoed over this connection." He said Yes but didn't think it was a problem. I guess it wouldn't be if they don't hear or listen to what you're saying anyways.

PP support has not been the worst I've experienced (no that honour would go to Titan... and then Lock Poker) but they are far from anywhere close to the top. I'm sure they get paid terribly and I don't expect stellar service at all. But to have to do the same fk'n thing over & over & over again. And then need to do it again because they screwed up. It's a huge waste of time!

Your help has been appreciated in the past... without it I am certain I would've given up completely.

I'm not even able to type my phone number into the allotted space on the form to 'update' it as it doesn't accept my prefix (one that has been in effect in B.C. for many years now). So instead I have my number written in as a 7-digit number instead of 10...and I have a 10yr. old cellphone number below it because it seems to require me to do so (what if I don't have a cellphone? ... I have one.. but I refuse to activate it and it's been in my dresser drawer for over 10yrs. now).

A phone number where I can speak to someone with English as first language please would be great! Or an email address where they will actually reply within 24hrs. would also be decent (I still have not received a response from 2days ago now).

this ^ is incorrect

And (as shown in the 2 separate screenshots above)... when I go to make a p2p transfer I get that first message. When I go to VERIFY (which I have done multiple times now on Partypoker) it states (as shown in 2nd screenshot) 'account is fully verified'

All I can suggest is you call the team and explain
They will require a recent utility bill as stated above - this will need to be provided asap

There are so many to choose but it seems you can only have one active at a time?
I have on called pocket pairs active and it says I have done 4 out of 13 parts to get the $25, but this has been active for months now and nothing seems to happen ?
I just find them so confusing, or maybe its just old age kicking in :(

Which Missions exactly ar you to referring to please?
There are generic missions and new daily missions which are related to the FF to $500K promo
If you can specify I can share more info or , please do reach out to the customer service teams who can advise

If you check the hand history via your transaction history you can see the hand was correct
The issue was a coding error with the hand replayer and has since been resolved in full
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience
