I'm back on bwin/party and I just went all in 3 times today and it said ive completed an advent calendar mission and have been given a freeroll ticket.

Interesting thing is I don't see this promo and any info for it anywhere, not in the mission section or the promo section.

it would be nice if it was easier to see what the tasks and missions are instead of just blindly winning them

its ok, the tournament ticket rotted because as usual the tournament started after hours of grinding and I missed it.

last time I emailed support because of all the tickets I had after the freeroll series got cancelled they said they don't refund freeroll tickets.

sad because all of these tickets were for tournaments bigger than I would normally enter when I make a deposit....

also I think the advent calendar needs to be fixed or is fixed.. oops did I say that lol ! I got a 1$ slot bonus like 10 times in a row.

Since we launched our recent “Level the playing field” campaign we have received feedback from a number of players that the games on partypoker have improved.
However there are a number of players who still try to gain an unfair advantage from other poker players. We’ve seen a number of posts, received emails and feedback from the poker community that there are a group of players who are still using “seating scripts”
Our management & risk team are aware of this issue and would like to assure our players that our fight to level the playing field is ongoing. We are working around the clock to catch these players and act according to out T&Cs, which state the following:

29.4. Cheating 29.4.1 Anti-Cheating Policy
We are committed to preventing the use of unfair practices in the Gaming Facilities, including but not limited to player collusion, non-human players (bots), chip-dumping, scripting and other forms of inappropriate behaviour that provide players with an unfair advantage (Unfair Advantage Policy) over other players on the site. We are also committed to detecting and preventing the use of software programs which are designed to enable artificial intelligence to play on Our Platforms including, but not limited to, opponent-profiling, cheating software or anything else that We deem enables You to have an unfair advantage over other players not using such programs or systems ('AI Software'). You acknowledge that we will take measures to detect and prevent the use of such programs and AI Software using methods (including but not limited to reading the list of currently running programs on a player's computer) and you agree not to use any AI Software and/or any such programs. In the event that we suspect that a player has been involved in any practices outlined in this Clause 29.4 or any other practices which we deem to be unfair or fraudulent, we reserve a right, in our sole discretion, to block their account and permanently withhold available funds from within such accounts. No player shall have the right to require us to take any other steps against players suspected of collusion, cheating, scripting or any other form of unfair or fraudulent behaviour. If a player has been cheated on by another player when using the Facilities, We shall only refund the amounts lost by the player as a result of being cheated in the event that we can locate the cheating account and access the funds in question. In the event that more than one player is affected by the cheating account and we can allocate that cheating account, then the remaining funds in the cheating account will be distributed on a pro-rata basis in accordance with the loss of each affected player.

We encourage all players to help us in the matter and PM myself or send an email if you have any questions or would like to share any information regarding players that you are aware are using seating scripts. We will with the relevant team take action against these players going forward.

Not unlike others in the past, this promo was worded/eplained poorly... as I've come across others who also misterpretted it (including myself).

By playin 'x' number of days with a minimum of 'x' number of pts./day, one can qualify for different freerolls. Many assumed that if you played more, you would gain entry into the next freeroll up the ladder as well.. AND if you played even MORE, you would also get bonus ca$h, beginning with $7 & all the way up to $4,000 .

When I logged in this past Sunday Jan.3rd, expecting to see tickets/entries to the GLadiator freerolls (after playing more than 25 days last month & raking ~$90) instead I find ZERO tickets. At first I'm sure it's a mistake... but LiveChat tells me that I opted to win $7 lousy sh1tty fk'n measely dollars (less than the amount won & lost in hands taking 15seconds... but I played for over 50hrs.!).. instead of a $3,500 freeroll entry valued at over $120.

He explained to me that I 'preferred' the $7 in cash over the $120 in tournament entry (& get this) 'because you could've won nothing if you played the Freeroll' (LOL.. yah okay.. I'm going to pass up $120 value & instead take a gtd. $7.. GIVE ME A BREAK!). But he insisted this was a popular & good choice & had more value than taking the ticket (what are the requirements to work there? ... lying skills 101 ??)

I stupidly waste another 30mins. of my life attempting to explain to a complete monkey, why I would NEVER knowingly take $7 cash over a $120 entry.

I feel like I was mislead in this promotion & deceived into playing ALOT more than I ever would have played. (during Christmas... sigh)

It worked out that IF I had played one day less I would've won a prize with almost 20x the value (TWENTY TIMES!!!!)...
and if I had played HALF as much as I did, I would've still won a prize worth 4.5x as much as the one I received.

I also could've chosen to play ONLY half as many days, with ONLY 1/5th as much play each day)... Basically 2hrs. Total play instead of over 50hrs. of play & would've won a prize worth almost DOUBLE what mine was.

How ridiculous is that????

Who in their 'right' mind would ever think this was even possible?


This month when I go to choose where I will [Opt-in] it for sure will NOT be at PartyPoker.
