I am a fairly new at party poker and I currently have problems with hand replays and it starts to be frustrating.. When I try to look at the previous hand, it always requires a flash player installation.. I'm installed the latest version of this program but the problem still exists.. Does anyone have similar problem or does anyone know how to solve this?

And why after going thru a $$$ withdrawl 3 weeks ago,i can`t make a simple p2p $ transfer without going thru it all AGAIN!!! Why does partypoker make it so hard to handle `my` money,,,,very disturbing way to treat your players.

This sounds like an issue specifically related to Flash
I would remove the version you have installed or revert to the prior version

Would you care to share some more details so I can have this looked into
I am not in the customer service department and they are best placed to answer any issues however its concerning you have experienced these issues - can you send a message with username and an explanation of the exact issue and I will have the relevant team look into it

For player to player transfers (IAT) your account is required to be ID verified - however this is a one time requirement and then the account is updated to allow future internal transactions to other players
This should have no relevance to the withdrawal procedure

What a rubbish reply . You just told a new player on this site that he dosnt deserve to get any rake back .
What giveaways are you referring to and why would promotions make anyone feel better about receiving nothing .
Get a grip . Inform us how much we would have to spend to get the lowest reward of $5 per week.
I have spent plenty without a cent back.

I would suggest you then focus on non live event tournaments
Previously we offered T$ to trade live sat tickets - this resulted in many players playing the sats which have typically lower players than our generic sats with the aim to convert to0 cash and no intention of playing the live events, many players "farmed" tickets from these games resulting in our live event participation via online sats numbers decreasing greatly
Hence the change to ticket only - no exchange - clearly stated in the T&Cs and Read More info in the lobby
There are many other sats and MTTs offering great value to play

Giveaways/promos supporting our Live events also state the same - these are to ensure guarantees are met and player participate in the target events

Why would the site care how many live entries were won , in fact paying 50% of the value to a player , GTD , is great business .
We just want to play poker and the site is stopping us with rules that make no sense .
Maybe im missing something ? . I log on and i see nothing that is being given , are there freerolls that im not aware of ?

I disagree with this. Poker operators are guaranteeing prize pools to the larger tourneys. The moment you pull out of it you reduce atleast one entry that ensures that min guarantee. If the player pools aren't met operators carry the liability of ensuring that min guarantee. While smaller tourneys can be cancelled if a min player field isn't met, operators can't cancel the larger tourneys that are promoted heavily on their sites and affiliates. This also brings into account overheads that have to be met. A simple breakeven for the prize pool is still a net loss for the operator.

Exchanging tickets for $ was most likely practiced because this was the exception to the rule once upon a time. But if players start abusing this operators have no option but to impose rules to prevent diluting player fields.

Yes, I'm one of those players don't bother in participating in Live Event Satellites if I know I'm not participating in them. That, from what I understand, is the purpose of a satellite to begin with.

You can opt to play for the generic sat tickets - hence you wont miss out if you can not attend an event
All sats are clearly labelled in the lobby - there are other options than playing live sats with the aim to earn T$ these sats are specifically aimed at event players

Many players have time to play the feeders and phased events - hence why they have been so successful lately
Because they dont suit you personally doesnt mean they should be changed for everyone

You cant simply state "hey i dont want to play live" and expect an exchange of a Live ticket to T$
Its clearly stated what the tickets are for and in the T&Cs state they will not be exchanged
If a player opts to play a sat with no intention of attending the event - the player will lose the ticket

Sometimes players have genuine reasons and this will be looked into on a one to one basis and a decision made if the player can justify exceptional circumstances

Something must be happening ; First time in 10 yrs playing PS and Ive seen three tournaments cancelled in my time slot tonight .

There has been an ongoing issue with the 3rd party regarding Anti Virus
We have reached out to them directly and await resolution
An option for now would be to temp remove your anti-virus and isntall Party then re install OR simply wiat it out
You could also contact them directly - they need to white list the software after recent updates from our end - and until this happens its unlikely to change
