Hey Colette, I read about the splitting of the title fight from a one day tournament into two days but with three starting flights, Sunday, Monday and a turbo on Tuesday before the day 2. This was the format used for the monster series main event I believe (the micro one for sure).

Why the change? Playing on Tuesday during the day might take a lot of people away from this in North and South America.

Dear partypoker,

For some reason I can't login with the client. My username never appears on the top of the screen, and everytime I click something it requires me to login again. Whenever I try to click "deposit", it will send me back to the lobby, not logged in, without showing me any relevant screen.

What's up with that? What can I do? I have already tried to shut down the firewall, but that doesn't work.

I'm using Windows 10. It's installed on a VM running on linux, but this fact should not matter. Still saying it for full disclosure.

is there a chance you guys could throw in once again SNG Hero leaderboard somewhere in future?
Maybe my question is a little bit off but it would be even better you could run this promo now when you have 3 handed SNG Hero

This was changed due to player feedback concerning the finish time of the event on Sundays - this was an issue for many players working Monday and also ET players hence the decision to trial the 2 day format with the game commencing on Tuesdays

Are you using any 3rd party tools?
I would suggest you remove the software fully, clear cache etc and reinstall
Should the problem persist can you please take a screen shot and send it to myself with username via PM

Other items will take priority which could be considered "essential" and will please many more players than the run it twice option
Its been considered for the future however no time line to share

I assume this is a nonissue as I can see the ticket was used
IN response to your query - if you use a ticket to register to an event out with the stated expiry date - should the game be cancelled or replaced you risk losing your ticket

The only freerolls we have are our country group freerolls which rewards players for loyalty or affiliate freerolls
We are a real play site and offer our players cash back as a loyalty reward

Needed at least 3 players for it to go on, we were only 2 so the tourny was cancelled and my money was put back in my account. Then yesterday i receive a email saying that 220.00$ was transfered from my account to prtypker LIVEUSD. Where does PP have the right to do this? I talked to live support, she wasn't much help, she says i need to wait til event is finished and maybe they can do something. Can you do anything for me Colette?

We recently just updated our regular schedule to include an increased offering for our lower value games
Likely these were removed to fit the new games in
