Hi Colette, I'm an Aussie and I realise that PP has pulled out but why can I now not even get the client to open, it did an update and I got a message that PP no longer offer a service to me and then the next day I tried to open PP to request a withdrawal but no joy, the PP client will not open.

Can you please reach out to the customer service teams if you believe there is an issue?

Have you tried logging in via the website ad requested the withdrawals?

I really like party poker, you guys run outstanding promotions, your rake for sngs is to good to be true, however, change on rakeback system with weekly points target is not just right. Couldn't we just have party store back so we could redeem our pts for T$ or tickets?

Thanks Colette, I'll try that, didn't know we could.

The update was on the 2nd, it was a very quick update and as soon as it opened I got the message that services were no longer offered to my country.

Instead of withdrawing, will it be possible to transfer it to another player.

Thanks for the comment and feedback

Regarding rake back I have suggested a lower level tier many times to upper management - lets see if its ever implemented
I think its a great idea for lower level players however we do award our players with the promotions on offer, free tickets, loyalty free rolls etc

Rake points will not be awarded for phased tourneys as there is no entry to rake

Thanks for the response. I do agree that your promotions do offer something for everyone, but in fairness... Those promotions are available to all. Rackback feels like it's only attainable to need to high rollers so I hope it changes.

I think part of the problem resides with the $2.20 tournament showing that the prizepool is qualification to online day one... And not to the $22 tournament. That's just me. Overall it's cool.

So I can't post the photo but I had a first last night. Played in a 1000X hero. Stunned when I saw a $250 bounty in my head. Got third so at least I cashed but the high end multipliers I don't hit anywhere else. It's an amazing experience!!

You didnt do the math well as if a $2.20 FEEDER has 5k chips the $22 FEEDER has 50k chips, $2x10 =$20 and 5Kx 10 = 50K, so you only pay once 20c rake which is better then have to make a 22 ticket for the same stack and also pay 2$ again (yes the steps till $22 had often overlay considering tickets, but I see the advantages of these phases)

My comment on rackback was more to do with getting credit on playing the second $22 tournament and not on the rack back charged itself.

I wish that if you play a $2.20 and gain entry to the $22 phase that your weekly rackback was credited for both tournaments. Currently it's only crediting the one you physically paid entry to

That's strange. If I'm not mistaken we used to get rake from playing in the higher satellites as well. If this has changed then it should be a very recent change.

Man, I'm starting to enjoy more playing on Party then on other platforms.. It's actually a better site for players w/ a lot of patience.

The lay-out though is kind of to basic lol & still don't know how to change avatar on the table.

Powerfest is goin' way better than expected. Hopefully my lucky charm doesn't run out soon enough.

I cant get visa entry to many places so i miss lots of poker , heaps of freerolls and promo giveaways .
Support says : they may look at compensation depending on circumstances .
This leads me to believe a percentage payment could be GTD and many players , like myself , could participate .

Joined Party because PS was giving less and less. 40% sounded great.
3 weeks in and i have not reached the 25 pt / $5 cash back .
This means i get nothing . EVER .
Less players , less tournaments ,less giveaways . You have no chance of keeping disgruntled regular, recreational PokerStar players .
Change the cash back to monthly and give the micro players at least a little.

I would suggest you then focus on non live event tournaments
Previously we offered T$ to trade live sat tickets - this resulted in many players playing the sats which have typically lower players than our generic sats with the aim to convert to0 cash and no intention of playing the live events, many players "farmed" tickets from these games resulting in our live event participation via online sats numbers decreasing greatly
Hence the change to ticket only - no exchange - clearly stated in the T&Cs and Read More info in the lobby
There are many other sats and MTTs offering great value to play

Giveaways/promos supporting our Live events also state the same - these are to ensure guarantees are met and player participate in the target events
