Have you tried removing the software installation in full and reinstalling?
It could be a corrupt file?
If it helps you can email myself and I can provide full details on how to remove and reinstall a clean version?

I have had this issue with quite a few sites I always download them if I know the site and where I got the link from .ie if I got the link here I trust it if it came in a random email I will look far a link from a site I trust like CC or I will go to the supliers own site to download

nortons will block sites alot untill you view and check off the ;TRUST NOW; BOX , then you should have no problems, this will happen also when ur doing updates . when you check mark the trust now box ,norton will allow updates to continue
Once done for that site you don't need to do it again

Hi Colette, hoping you can help me. I played a Grand Prix day 1 tourny yesterday and made it to the 18th level, but i don't have any information saying that i will be playing at the playground poker club. Second question, i have won another 170.00$ day 1 ticket and am registered to tonight's game, can i just unregister and get the money for the ticket? Third question, do we take the chips from day 1 to day 2 or do we all get the same amount of chips for day 2?

New darker lobby & table themes - Easy on the eyes the new look helps improve readability and the visual appearance overall

New navigation & filters - We have improved the game info area which means all info is easier to find, T$ are clearly displayed, we have updated our play money to provide a more authentic experience and our new collapsible filters allow quick and easy navigation

Good bye One click lobby!- Due to player feedback proving just how unpopular our "one click lobby" was its been sent to the trash heap and replaced with our new simple and clean lobby which looks great and proves easy to navigate

Improved Sit & Go lobby - Its now easier to spot the 3 and 4 handed games and also we have added the option to select multiple games increased from the previous restriction of 4 games max

My Account access - On the right we have added a drop down menu allowing players quick and easy access to all account information including the rewards info

Coming soon!! Next steps will be the launch of our full screen lobby, further filter improvements, enhanced lobby displays and customization options

MD Tom Waters said "There are many more enhancements in the pipeline and I am confident that by the end of 2017 our players will be delighted with the improved look and feel and the usability of the software"

Just updated the client. Loving the new look! Easy to read and I really like how you've moved tournaments, support and tickets from the bottom right to consolidate it with the other links on top. Good job!

I believe you'd updated the fonts in an earlier update too. That also helped.

The new client is very buggy. If I click on anything, the client closes and re-opens. I guess its crashing.
