I used to play at party poker and like it except for the bugs. I have moved on to iron poker because they award me rake back and tokens when I make deposits. I would come back but why doesnt party poker have rakeback?

If yes , can obtaining the ticket if your bet loses be more simple? I show this promo to another CC member and she lost her bet , but she needs to contact support over and over for the $5.50 Jab ticket and seem to spend much time without a solution on live chat and email, I feel guilty as I showed her this promo, can you look into this.

I guess I'll hold the depositJust take care with their security system as your account can be easily invaded and you have risks with your Money and when there is any situation they just block your account wihtout any previous notice and you lose the access to your Money and their support area is very weak and they never reply your emails and let you without any information about what happened when they close or block your account and you lose several MTTs, Freerolls and all the tickets of satélites you played that mature while your account is blocked for a reason that is not your fault but from them with thios weak security system!
My account is now blocked for 4 days already and they did not provide me any answer or reply!!
Even here through the representative of PartyPoker I am not getting any information about what happened with the attempts of invasion of my account and when I will be able to get access to my account again and to my money on it which is not few... And now with this lack of feedback I am becoming afraid with my Money in the account!
So just take care before you open your account at PartyPoker...

I have sent you here at Cardschat 2 private messages in the last 2 days (without any answer from you yet) requesting your support to understand what happened with my account at Partypoker that someone bad tried to invade using wrong passwords and PP blocked the account!
But its is now almost 72 hours since my account was blocked due to a problem and situation that was not caused by me but somebody else and nobody from the support area from Prtypoker reply my e-mails to let me understand better what PP is doing to solve this serious problem and in this meantime I am losing several MTTs, Freerolls and I lost several tickets that I had won in the last week and that were expiring in the last 3 days and also I can not access my own Money in the account!!
So please read and reply the messages I sent you and please talk with the support area of PartyPoker to reply my e-mails sent since Tuesday when the account was blocked!!
Because this lack of reply and explanations is not the correct way to treat clients and mainly clients that are facing losses with the account blocked due to a situation where the client suffered with a problem caused by a weak security system provided by PartyPoker!
