I used to play at party poker and like it except for the bugs. I have moved on to iron poker because they award me rake back and tokens when I make deposits. I would come back but why doesnt party poker have rakeback?

recently i have lost more than 3000 dollars on partypoker and no matter how much i deposit and win i will get a unbelievable badbeat and loss everything . ---___---

If yes , can obtaining the ticket if your bet loses be more simple? I show this promo to another CC member and she lost her bet , but she needs to contact support over and over for the $5.50 Jab ticket and seem to spend much time without a solution on live chat and email, I feel guilty as I showed her this promo, can you look into this.

I have sent you here at Cardschat 2 private messages in the last 2 days (without any answer from you yet) requesting your support to understand what happened with my account at Partypoker that someone bad tried to invade using wrong passwords and PP blocked the account!

But its is now almost 72 hours since my account was blocked due to a problem and situation that was not caused by me but somebody else and nobody from the support area from Prtypoker reply my e-mails to let me understand better what PP is doing to solve this serious problem and in this meantime I am losing several MTTs, freerolls and I lost several tickets that I had won in the last week and that were expiring in the last 3 days and also I can not access my own Money in the account!!

So please read and reply the messages I sent you and please talk with the support area of PartyPoker to reply my e-mails sent since Tuesday when the account was blocked!!

Because this lack of reply and explanations is not the correct way to treat clients and mainly clients that are facing losses with the account blocked due to a situation where the client suffered with a problem caused by a weak security system provided by PartyPoker!

I hope to get any answer Today yet as the account is blocked already 3 days and I am losing Money with that!

Just take care with their security system as your account can be easily invaded and you have risks with your Money and when there is any situation they just block your account wihtout any previous notice and you lose the access to your Money and their support area is very weak and they never reply your emails and let you without any information about what happened when they close or block your account and you lose several MTTs, Freerolls and all the tickets of satélites you played that mature while your account is blocked for a reason that is not your fault but from them with thios weak security system!

My account is now blocked for 4 days already and they did not provide me any answer or reply!!

I am out of office on personal leave - I can not work 24/7

I have responded to your previous messages and explained - I do not work in the customer service department and they are best placed to deal with your issue and resolve the situation - there is nothing I can do
I have asked management at CS to review your contact requests and have an agent respond to your email

I will not comment on the issue directly or as to why the account was blocked
Please call the customer service team directly

This is a rare occurrence and in over 3 years monitoring these forums I have come across this only once

Please discuss your issue directly with the relevant customer service team which is why there are available 24/7

I have accounts opened in the 3 main poker rooms (PartyPoker, PS and 888) and my account was never blocked and mainly with this reason of someone else trying to access my account with a wrong password several times!

My request to you was not to solve the problem as I know you are just a representative of PP here and not from the support or technical área but my request to you was just to be in contact with the responsible área as my account was blocked on last Saturday morning after the first invasion attempt and then unblocked on Sunday afternoon and then blocked again on Tuesday morning due to the same reason and after that I have sent e-mails to the info@partypoker.com and transactions@partyaccount.com since Tuesday morning and in more than 5 days I did not receive any single explanation or reply and I do not have any access to my Money and ot able to play and lost several tickets I had won besides all the MTTs and Freerolls I could have played and won Money and I lost due to that bizarre situation that was not caused by me but I am the one who is losing Money and the worst thing is not get any single explanation from PartyPoker!

So I thought that you could help me mainly because I am a member of Cardschat and that you could request them na immediate contact with me or at least a reply for my messages sent since Tuesday that are without no reply until now and this is not the way to treat a client in a situation like that where I lost access to my account and Money!

But I will not disturb you anymore and wait for some professional from Partypoker to finally provide me an explanation and mainly for a solution for my case after so much time as it would bever happen at pokerstars where when do you have any issue the reply and feedback is immediate mainly for a serious problem like this and never would take more than 5 days to get a single answer!!

After 6 days without any answer about my account blocked because a bad person tired to invade my account using several times a wrong password and I have sent several e-mails to PartyPoker to unblock my account and explain what was done to solve the security problem and the weak system of protection from Partypoker and also about the 9 tickets for several tournaments I had won playing satellites and finishing ITM and as the tickets have a short duration all of them expired while my account was blocked for a reason that was not my fault and also due to the total lack of reply from the support área of PartyPoker (the account was only unblocked after 6 days and after I have made an international call to PartyPoker for the 3rd time complaining) and now I lost all my 9 tickets due to that and where I invested money and time playing the satellites and PartyPoker will not give me back my tickets??

This is serious?? I have sent yesterday morning na email to PartyPoker but as usual I did not receive any answer so this is why I am writing here as maybe I can count with any support from the representative of PartyPoker at Cardschat...
