I dont understand international banking, i tried to sign up to winamax poker, then got to the part of asking for bic and swift codes, we dont have them in Australia. So i just deleted my app.

I don't know about winamax but party poker asked the same info and as an Aussie I got through it.

I don't think you read the form properly, I recently had to submit banking details at Party Poker and I remember what you are saying was on the form but it only wants people from the list of countries that that question related to, to fill out the BIC and Swift codes.


I love the new Thursday $500.00 monthly game for Aussie's Colette, I played our first one was doing well until I ran into a river 2 outer.

What is going on the other Thursdays in the month, is the bounty returning ?

The bounty will not be returning weekly for the time being until we see an increase in group numbers to justify running it weekly - for the moment it will remain monthly until we at least hit 1000 members

I like your enthusiasm Colette, I'm talking about the Aussie games, we don't crack 100 entrants in the weekly games.

I like the new Thursday monthly game, would it be possible to run the daily game on the other Thursdays in the month.

Also is it possible to get the game back to the time that it used to run, i.e. 20.00 AEST

I stumbled upon the name change by accident, I now see in your reply that we can only change it once.

You say it is to prevent predatory behaviour, can't it also work the other way around, i.e. if someone is being targeted couldn't they change their name to prevent being targeted by a predator.

I made a withdrawal a few weeks ago and all of my documentation was sent in and verified.

Now when I just tried to make another withdrawal I can't access to make the withdrawal and I am being asked to provide documentation again, I don't mind doing it, but how often am I going to be asked.

All of my recently submitted and verified documents were current and the most recent that I can obtain.

To me it seems pointless submitting the same documents again after such a short amount of time.

I can give you a transaction no by PM if you like and think it will assist.

I will look into implementing the daily freeroll on Thursdays when the bounty is not running
The time for the games will remain for now - its impossible to please everyone due to multiple time zones etc in Aus and NZ

Screen name change works both ways yes - however we are attempting to build a successful community and constant name changing would only add to the anonymity and in now way helps players identify with each other and build a community

Thanks for looking into getting the daily games on the Thursdays that have no game

What I suggested about the time would be better for the New Zealanders, at the moment the games start at 11pm NZ time, even 7pm AEST would be better for the NZer's and that would make it 9pm for them, which is better than an 11pm game and possibly get more people from NZ to join the community.
