Hi all,
Just wanted to post a quick introduction.- I'll be keeping an eye on the forum here - I had a recommendation to join up so here I am.
Hoping I can make some useful contributions for partypoker
I aim to try help answer your questions however the main aim of my forum presence is to gather valuable feedback from our players and also to keep you all informed first hand of whats going on.
My role at partypoker is varied - my main responsibilities fall with the poker team and our PR/Events team. I get to our events to meet our players face to face, host feedback sessions and see you all in action

Can I just say that the party poker support (live chat and freephone) are completely pointless
On the last 5 occasions of contacting them they have not been able to answer ANY of my questions, then claim to escalate the problem and an email will be sent. Needless to say the emails have not arrived!
My latest questions are around my cpp qualification (I've won a 6k package) and what my next steps are, and how much is it for a guest
Surely a generic email should be sent upon qualification, and as the tournament starts in less than 2 weeks I do not think it is unreasonable to expect immediate answers to simple questions which must have already been answered hundreds of times. I am not the first person to qualify for this tournament!
