I tried to download the client software but a governmentpage appears always saying that this poker site is not licensed and access is denied. I found finally some webpages , I downloaded the poker programm ,but it cannot be run , it stops in the middle of the installation . Either way , I bet , even if I could run it on my pc, you wouldn't allow me to open an account .

So my question is this :will you include in the very near future Greece in the list of the countries that can play poker in your poker room or will you leave them to pokerstars that have the monopoly here for now ???

For now we have no plans to open to the Greek market - this however could change in the future though I have no details to share

Today, my ticket is disappeared. Why??? I want him back.

Hi Colette,
I played the grand prix online tournament and i cashed.I was very surprise to see that one part of the prize pool was the 109$ Bristol grand prix live ticket.
I'm sure that i will not be the only one not satisfied with that. It was not mentioned before the start of the day 2 that one part of the prizes pool will be in live ticket.I'm not from UK and that ticket i can not use it, its 15% of my wining on that tournament and i think that its not fair to just give up of 15%.

Mission Display Issues

Hi Collette,
I have been completing missions this week and reached "Get Started V" which requires that I played 25 games a day for 2 days of Casual Cash.
This I have done and more each day but the progress monitor didn't register correctly and i ended up contacting the web helpdesk.

When I asked if the "problem" was in the next level i was told there was no problem and that they had manually completed the Mission for me. I can't attach screenshots to the web helpdsk so maybe you could escalate this.

It's a Problem if the software doesn't trigger a completion at 25 games played.

Dear Collette,

I have two suggestion to make as I was once a regular player on party poker and it used to be one of my favorite site.

1.Most micro/low buy-in tournament on Party Poker these days have a very long late registration of 12 level.To be honest I'm not actually a fan of an excessive late registration tournament because it massively increase the variance and time consuming.I rather have the Guaranteed prize reduced than having to play on a tourney with a 12 level of late registration.
I used to play a lot of tourney(5-7 mtts a day) at Party Poker back at the day when the maximum late registration were kept at 6-10 level only.My suggestion is Party Poker should revert to the old structure(10 level late registration max) as this will also attract more recreational players as well as the regulars.Most recreational don't have a lot of time to spend on poker and 12 level of late reg are rather excessive to them.Regulars player will also be coming back to this site if the late reg are kept at maximum 10 level because of the lower variances .

2.My second suggestion is also for Party Poker to bring back the 10 players $0.50 Double or Nothing sit and go as this will attracts the micro grinders whose keen on building their bankroll as well as the casual and recreational player.

Late registration is an ongoing discussion with the team - we have gathered feedback from various sources and the results remaining divided - some love it, some hate it Therefore its difficult to find a happy medium
We have recently decreased the late reg period in some of our tournaments and though 12 levels seems excessive - most prefer this level
We will continue to monitor feedback from both our online forums and groups and also our player focus groups at live events
DON micro stakes may return in the near future - however for now for the lower stake players we launched our Bootcamp series with buy ins from 0.01C to $1 and offering $100K GTD monthly -

Hi Colette,

I am having problem in getting the reward of final hands mission, which I completed a couple of days ago. System did not track and recognize the 5 hands that I actually completed (Quads, full house, three of a kind, flush and straight).

I emailed related hand numbers 2-3 days ago, but could not still get a proper response from your side. CS just keeps telling me that the issue is waiting to be evaluated by the respective department.

Checking 5 hands takes max 10 min , I would strongly appreciate if you guys can speed up the process over there

I staked her 50% in that 109 game and can't ask the $54.50 from that useless ticket, I mean this wasn´t stated correct imo in GP page. Also must she get punished twice. Seems this case has only losers under the players. And Party wins

Also just remove and reinstate ticket that can be used online shouldn´t be too much trouble!

Actually I had already made a thread addressing the Late Registration issue titled Excessive Late registration dated 1st May 2016.

As you can see in this thread,there where 17 respondents in total.15 of them had disagreed with the excessive late registration structure and only two actually agree with the structure.This mean 88.24% of the total respondents in this thread alone disagree with the excessive late registration.The main reason are the extra variances involved and time consumptions.

IMO Party Poker should reconsider the decision for a win-win situation that benefit everyone involved.
