There were issues with the Footy forecast promo - the team re ran the data and have confirmed all relevant players have been targeted with the reward

it is free and a nice extra so you would not hear me complain, but for me I will not use more time to get couple extra $1 tickets on this,but maybe other players see this as important value, and that is the reason I am posting.

according to players I spoke noone including me got anything yet for the clickcard rewards. I hope for them it will get resolved and I just use your other awesome second shot promo (that runs really smoothly )

Looks like the same issue popped up last few days - users can contact CS or myself with usernames and the promo team will work on resolution

Issues with partypoker

Hi Colette, since you are here to receive feedback about our partypoker experience, here is mine:

I am a recreational player and generally playing in micro stakes, and my account name is kingpinnntr61

I am not going to complain about the connection issues that i had during my gameplay etc., because i am now used to them. However the issues below have frustrated me a lot:

1) So far, I had trouble in receiving reward from every single promotion you do. Your system is clearly unable to track progress of players. I had to manually send you hand numbers, or manually update you about my progress in specific missions, in order to get my reward.However what bothered me the most during my communication was the resistance that i receive from your whole customer service team, simply stating at first that i did not complete the required steps (each time).

2) Your refer a friend process is simply not working at all. I sent two invitations, and the both completed required processes properly. However refer a friend tracking system in the application shows zero progress in both of them. I succeeded to receive my reward at the end of a 4 day debate with your customer service team. For the second player I referred, you are simply refusing that the guy joined to the game with my referral, although it is not the case. Being treated like a liar or playing mind games with customer service representatives by trying to prove that i am telling the truth, is not the experience that i expect from an reputable online poker operator.

I am really having issues with your service and those attractive promotions seem to me like, sorry but , a scam day by day. The main reason i moved to partypoker was comparably high traffic you have in double or nothing SNG's, which are not available in pokerstars, however having those torturing communications with your customer service made me empty my existing account and move elsewhere. If you are not that willing to reward people who complete those steps, i would simply recommend not doing those promotions at all.

I hope this helps other players' partypoker & overall online poker experience to improve.

Mission - Final Hands

Hi Colette,
I had some problem so i ask you for your opinion.
I start to play Mission - Final Hands where player have to ''win at cash game tables with all of the different hand ranks in order, starting with a pair all the way up to a straight flush.'' Reward is $25 in cash. There are 8 objectives to comlete 1-Pair, 2-Two Pairs, 3-Three of a Kind, 4-Straight, 5-Flush, 6-Full House, 7-Quads and 8-Straight Flush.
What is my problem. I complete first two objectives (i won hand at showdown with pair and 2 pairs so i complete 2/8 objectives) and when i won next objective ''Three of a kind'' poker client didn't ''recognize'' my achievement. So i contact support and they said that it will be considered and solved. Also support member answer to my question (should i continue my mission like i complete stage 3 so i can continue to my next objective that should be 4-Straight and so on and that should be included in my mission) that i can take mission so on as i complete stage3.
Since You are PartyPoker representative i ask for your opinion how long it would take time that they solve this ''problem'', i also attach my next mission objectives so it can be seen that i made next 4 objectives. Also i need your opinion about hand#15341893930 in which i won actually split hand with other player - does that hand counts as i complete step 4 - won hand at showdown with straight (since it's split pot).

Hi - sorry to hear your experience has been negative

Regarding the standard missions - yes - we had issues with the functionality - this has now been resolved in full
Customer service are able to award manually any completed missions which did not track correctly
These are now fully functional and working as expected

You state you had issues with promotions - which promos did you experience issues with please? Our recent promotions have ran well and have proven popular
Our recent powerfest awarded $7.5milion in GTD prizes over 3 weeks and will be back in the coming months with an even bigger GTD
Our live event promos also have ran well and without issues
Summer Grind is currently active and without issue
our recent Gladiator promotions had a great run earlier in the year


Regarding your customer service experience - I do not work within the CS team I work directly with our poker and events team
I will look into your recent chats and feedback with a customer service manager and ask for a full review

The referral process apparently seems to work for some but not others - however the CS teams have no issue manually awarding the referral award if the referred player has followed all steps correctly

Thanks for taking the time to feedback and share your experience - I assure you I will look into it

Customer service should respond within 24-48 hours with a resolution - they will be checking manually the relevant hand among your transaction history
Yes - the split pot should count as you still won the hand
If you feel the issue is not resolved within a reasonable team frame please let me know and I will follow up with the customer service teams

Hi Colette,

To avoid confusion, by promotions I was basically talking about missions and refer a friend, promotions that I previously had experience with. I did not take part in other ones that you mentioned above.
