After 6 days without any answer about my account blocked because a bad person tired to invade my account using several times a wrong password and I have sent several e-mails to PartyPoker to unblock my account and explain what was done to solve the security problem and the weak system of protection from Partypoker and also about the 9 tickets for several tournaments I had won playing satellites and finishing ITM and as the tickets have a short duration all of them expired while my account was blocked for a reason that was not my fault and also due to the total lack of reply from the support área of PartyPoker (the account was only unblocked after 6 days and after I have made an international call to PartyPoker for the 3rd time complaining) and now I lost all my 9 tickets due to that and where I invested money and time playing the satellites and PartyPoker will not give me back my tickets??
This is serious?? I have sent yesterday morning na email to PartyPoker but as usual I did not receive any answer so this is why I am writing here as maybe I can count with any support from the representative of PartyPoker at Cardschat...
