Add me to the list the had major glitches in the $5k boxing day freeroll.

Freezing up, unable to make a play while helplessly watching the clock tick down until I was folded, auto folds without the clock even starting.
This affected most of the people on my table, but a couple of people were able to play normally and cleaning up as the rest of us were getting auto folded.

I doubt there is much to do about it now, although there is another one of these and maybe getting another ticket so we can actually play it this time would be a nice gesture.

i was wondering about the tickets as well, I'm not getting tickets for days.i just made it to Level 20, no rewards yet.
I deposited days ago, no depositor tickets yet.
I won 2 XL-Qualifier tickets, 1 Lucky 1000 Ticket, 5$ Casino Freeplay (where I should have signed in the same day, after 3 times still nothing)

You need to allow up to 72 hoiurs for them to be creditied.

I received the regular tickets for levelling up, just the spinwheel- tickets keep missing, thanks

I am spinning the wheel since its inception i.e. from 25th and have won few tickets on the wheel like "Lucky chip tourney ticket" which have already passed the time limit of 72 hours to get credited into my account but it has not yet.

Is there an estimate for when the problems with the Treasure Quest chests will be fixed?
I completed the 13th challenge tonight which should have let me open the 2nd chest but this message comes up when I try to click on the chest...

The problem still persists. May I know when will it be resolved? I did write to 888 support also but no response yet. I did chat to 888 support on Twitter page but their response was childish and irresponsible ---
"HI - I am not registering any recent spins - can I ask when you spun and what it advised? Please do allow up to 72 hours for any trts to be issued."
Kindly resolve it.

There are some issues with it,
If players gets to this chest they won’t be able to claim it! We are working to fix asap
Please keep trying and the claim will be available at some point soon.

installation failure

I originally had great difficulties installing the 888 Poker client. It finally installed albeit with some short comings. Windows sizing and navigation glitches mostly. While not perfect it was 'playable'. Then suddenly when at the cash tables I lost the ability to add chips without having to leave the table (and as often as not getting reseated at a different table) a long with the abilty to chat and toss tomatoes and such.
The solution I was given(and whick took several days for the reply) was to unintsall the program using the Microsoft unistall tool then to manually unistall other folders. There were other caveats about making sure a number ports were open. And then to down load the client again and reinstall.
The reinstall failed. I have notified support via hitting repy on the email with the instructions several days ago. I have heard nothing back.

Wondering if you could shed some light on the situation.

So, 5 days after completing the 13th challenge in the fortune trail I just logged in and there is a pop up telling me to go click on the chest to claim my prize, but there is a problem.
I've completed 21 challenges and the chest is now off my screen and there is no way to scroll down so I can get to it to click it.

Seriously, I know it's only going to be $1, maybe $2 if I'm really lucky, but it really shouldn't be this difficult to click the chest and get the small prize.
