i cant download 888 poker on computer
i downloaded it in laptop but cant play any game / cant register . i dont remember what it says but are players from germany not allowed to play anymore or something ?
This is customer support latest response:I have been back and forth with customer support regarding last weeks rakeback promotion. 888 was offering up to 50% rakeback for 2 weeks, I received the rakeback for the first week. The second week I qualified for 50% rakeback and never received an email or the rakeback. This is over $500. Customer support is saying that if I don’t receive the email until tomorrow, unfortunately I will not get rakeback. I have hand histories to prove rake paid, everyone in a discord group in part of got their rakeback, but not me.

1. I received the original email stating the promotion would run for 2 weeks, between 10/04 and 23/04.
2. I received a payment regarding the first week’s rakeback on Wednesday 19/04
3. Apart from ramping up the volume to achieve the 50% rakeback threshold, I have done nothing different that would make me ineligible for the second week.
4. I contacted 888 support on Wednesday 26/04 with plenty of time for the issue to be resolved within the 7 day window.
If I am not paid the rakeback, in effect 888 is just lying to its customers, starting promotions to ramp up the traffic to then just not honour them.
Sorry but that seems to be an ongoing issue that they know about and are working on.Question @888Rep
I noticed this week that ALL of my player notes & color tags have disappeared on 888poker. Has this happened for other players this week too?

But I just got a popup that the play will resume soon.
