Whenever i deposit, i only get 1 instead of 2 tickets for the saturdays 1000 depositors feeroll. The promo email states its 2 tickets but i swear i only get one ticket for the last few months i made deposits.
I already wrote support but they are not helping, telling me that "everything is alright with my deposits" and "they need scrernshots" but its not possible to make a screenshot of the problem since its an obvious bug that is not somewhere visible. Yes they gave me one more ticket for my last deposit manually now but that is not fixing the the problem in general. First they didnt even know what promo im talking about, i explained over and over that they should send this report to the tech team but they keep asking me for screenshots and telling me everything is alright? How is is so difficult to understand what the issue is here and that they need to send this to the tech team to get rid of that bug?
Here again: ONLY 1 INSTEAD OF 2 TICKETS FOR THE SATURDAYS 1000 DEPOSITORS FREEROLL GRANTED FOR THE LAST FEW TIMES I MADE A DEPOSIT. SHOULD BE TWO EACH TIME AS STATED IN THE EMAIL.
