Whenever i deposit, i only get 1 instead of 2 tickets for the saturdays 1000 depositors feeroll. The promo email states its 2 tickets but i swear i only get one ticket for the last few months i made deposits.

I already wrote support but they are not helping, telling me that "everything is alright with my deposits" and "they need scrernshots" but its not possible to make a screenshot of the problem since its an obvious bug that is not somewhere visible. Yes they gave me one more ticket for my last deposit manually now but that is not fixing the the problem in general. First they didnt even know what promo im talking about, i explained over and over that they should send this report to the tech team but they keep asking me for screenshots and telling me everything is alright? How is is so difficult to understand what the issue is here and that they need to send this to the tech team to get rid of that bug?

Here again: ONLY 1 INSTEAD OF 2 TICKETS FOR THE SATURDAYS 1000 DEPOSITORS FREEROLL GRANTED FOR THE LAST FEW TIMES I MADE A DEPOSIT. SHOULD BE TWO EACH TIME AS STATED IN THE EMAIL.

What was sent to me? I didn't receive anything, I don't have access to the registered email I mentioned this, where is it?

I already looked for help in email, and also in their chat, so I gave up by email and I'm requesting it here. my email registered and my phone registered at 888 I no longer have access and I haven't been able to access it for 5 years, so here is a distress call if they can't help around here I don't know what else to do? If I create a new account, my document will already be registered and I will have problems in the future, at least he must know someone who can solve my problem.

Those tickets didn't arrive: either I couldn't make a withdrawal that lasted more than ten days waiting with a visa card, now they ask me to make a withdrawal through a bank transfer, which is complicated since I would have to go to the bank and open an account with swift codes and IBAN code. My advice is to have an excellent service to have a support representative in each country to do this type of procedure directly without so much hassle that you deposit to the representative of the x country and he makes the financial movements without so much demand and delay continuous improvement 888 If they have players representing the brand In all countries it would be good if they had technical and economic support:D

I'm not complaining, I just give advice for better service and continue to win service awards and be the best room.

The same thing happens to me and I contact them by email and they tell me that the tickets are reflected at 72 hours and that's not the case, only one is reflected when the email arrives and the worst thing is that they are only valid for a period of 1 day if I know what happens to you that weekend to play it you lose it, they should give you a minimum period of two weeks to use it since they say that you will get two and only one arrive:D

Just advice, it's not a complaint:D

You just need to ask your bank for those codes as they will already have them for your bank account, you do not have to open another bank account to get them.

Is there a solution to this. When i open 888 App on my laptop screen i get the below i can't switch to cash games, blast etc, I have to plug my laptop to a monitor to see the full options.

Please try a re-installation and see if this clears up your issues but make sure to do a restart before you reinstall it again.

Dear 888Rep, I did reinstall it 3 times meanwhile. The last time was also with a restart of my Windows 10 Laptop before the reinstalling.
In the antivirus software, I also unblocked 888 completely also for the installation process.
And it looked really one day good again, but the next day the problem re-occurred, while I have still internet connection and so on.
The 888 software impacts heavily the smooth operation of my system here. As I wrote before already. And this although I have a gaming laptop here
with 16 GB RAM
888 freezes by itself, but it also freezes other applications at the same time, like browsers, Skype or other poker rooms.
And as soon as I close the table from 888, everything else is working smooth again.
Therefore, I do not think, it is a local problem on my machine. Please, pass this information further to your dev team and let me know, if there are any other solutions still or if they can investigate further and change this.

You habe to also delete all folders from 888 first in your systems folder before restarting the system and reinstalling 888.

I play on a modern 16 gb ram Laptop with w11 and i have zero issues with 888 (when they are not down). The problem is probably on ur site.

Why did you guys delete the first blind levels in the 10c (and possibly above) blast tournaments? These tournaments have recently been upgraded by deleting that unnecessary allin after 2 minutes but now you are downgrading them again by making them basically allin or fold?

They were nice to play and now its just a shove fest. Why?

Like he says you first need to uninstall then you need to delete all folders related to 888 and then use your computer start box and search your computer for any other 888 folders etc and also delete them. You then must RESTART your computer before you download it again.
