Yeah, they solved nothing... for the sports App they said to reinstall the client which I did twice and solved nothing. I have no option of signing in from a browser cause they are "2 different companies".
For the disconnection problems they basically asked me to configure a lot of stuff on my firewall that I shouldnt even be doing... thats your responsability, if the client does not connect properly is your failure, not mine. When they ask you to change a bunch of stuff in your pc thats basically avoiding responsability. So I have lost $ due to disconnection issues and not being able to bet on winning games such as Wales, Italy, Uruguay, Costa Rica, the Warriors, the Cubs, etc, etc.
I mean when 888 was telling me I lost connection I was also playing on pokerstars, I had my email open, facebook, everything running.

Sorry but you need to reply to the email they sent explaining what you have just wrote and ask them for further advice.

Why would I do that? Is the program I use to binge watch shows at home. 888 software shoulnt clash with it, am I the only person having this issue? If so I doubt VLC player is the problem.

So you can see if VLC is the problem.
Just uninstall if and see if 888 works properly. You can re-install VLC afterwards.

It shouldnt cause Ive had both programs installed since 1 year ago on this pc. Will however uncheck some of the file types vlc is the "default" player

I had connection problem, on this day also. I kept timing oput, having to shut the client and re log in. I ended up, rage quitting my tournaments, ten dollar worth of buy ins, after it became impossible to play. Twice i timed out with K K, the second time, with a set on the flop, and my opponent betting into the pot, winning the pot would have made me chip leader. Disgusted with 888poker

I took out 7 players on the KO $3.30 tourney... yet your system only paid out $18 PLEASE EXPLAIN. At $3 a bounty it should have been $21.

I just sent a HUGE email detailing what has happened to me during this week that has greatly affected my BR and my ROI%. I hope I can get an answer quickly cause I been waiting for a SATISFYING answer all week. Seriously guys hire more reps and fix the disconnection issues and you are one of the best.

Can we get someone to fix the disconnection bs? Been trying to connect for 10+ mins now... also, CS is ZERO proactive. Instead of searching all my emails at once in order to answer my query they replied to just one I sent over 6 days ago. They pretty much ignored the 3 emails I sent after that eventho they ASKED ME QUESTIONS THAT WERE ALREADY ANSWERED IN THOSE EMAILS. You people need a new CS manager? Working in Costa Rica, Ive done CS for mayor sportsbooks and poker rooms, seriously if you guys need someone to fix all that crap in that department give me a call more than happy to show them how its done. Ill even pay my flight to London. You guys need to up your game.

Yours is the only complaint we have had regarding disconnections at this time on all our forums. Maybe you are trying to do too much on your computer with too many programmes running at the same time.3 minutes later
Did you try logging in with no other poker sites running just to see if it still does not work.
Can you login now or are you still having issues?

Im logged in now, no problems that I can see but Im not giving the site ANYMORE chances with deposits or real money play until issues are resolved (bet on sports, software glitches, stolen bounties) and LOL at me being the only complain... did you check the thread I opened? a guy there is even saying a bug is causing his balance to show $2000 less than its supposed to...

More people having problems there... having other clients open HAS NOTHING TO DO with it, are you serious? We dont live in the dial up connection era anymore... I have a 5MB connection. Optic fiber anyone? And where is the bounty YOU GUYS STOLE FROM ME?
BTW, I did everything you asked to fix the bet on sports app... still not working, I deleted everything 888 Poker, even my player notes, re downloaded, reinstalled it... and still problems.

Shout out to Paul G at 888 great email answer, I still have some issues unresolved... the sports app on the website browser he directed me to works wonders! Why the other support members werent able to direct me there is beyond me? its a simple copy/paste. Thanks Paul... fix is pending on the direct app from the client but I'm fine with that either way as I have now an alternate solution.
Tickets that were offered to me for a expired promo, were given for a current one, going the extra mile this guy! other reps didnt bother to look for the email 888 sent me. Thanks for the new tickets Paul. This is the service I was used to and this is the service that kept me coming back... for some reason your client gets buggy from time to time. I just hope IT can make it better as you are the main rival to pokerstars and I hate pokerstars new management Amaya. Thats the feeling of A LOT of big players and you should/could capitalize on that.
Bounty Tourney *81095058 - UPDATE. I checked your email... Im sure my KO count said 7 when I was booted however you see it differently. Guess Ill have to take that loss... that KO tourney is all about the bounties, placing 1st means nothing, you can place 40th 2 bounties and cash more than placing 1st with 1 bounty. BELIEVE ME I WAS VERY FOCUSED ON THE KO COUNT. I dont know... I still think its a glitch... its 3 dollars, but whatever. I can accept this. Im just happy about Paul G coming forward.
the main issue with the disconnection problems were on saturday june 11th actually, again on the PLO8 $2.20 R+A... can you please check my hand history from where there were only 30 players and until I was eliminated? see the hand I lost 95% of my stack cause I was timed out, I was disconnected, that hand costed me the chiplead against the other big stack (i was 2nd in chips he was 1st). I appreciate what you are saying Paul but as you know MTT poker is a high variance game, a win like that breaks you or makes you and the disconnection broke me. Others have stated in the forum theyve also had d/c problems... If you cant help I will have to understand but Im weary of playing a hand and getting d/c (eventho it doesnt happen everyday, that day happened in the worst spot póssible). I feel I should have finished top 5. In october '14 you guys had tech issues for a week or 2 and I was reimbursend BEYOND my buy in amounts, cause it affected my ROI%
i wasnt that upset but with the accumulation of slow CS replies, the missing bounty and the misisng sports app I decided to open the cardschat thread to achieve 2 things.
1. get my issues solved before next week and see if others had similar problems
2. put pressure on you guys so you UP YOUR GAME, like I said... I'm rooting for you
I will update the forum thread with the solutions... I am still sad about the d/c problems. I am glad there is someone efficient there Paul. Keep up the good work. Im a fair but emotional guy and I dont mean to harm u guys, i dont wanna feel harmed either thats all.
