It dont matter how many replies get sent to nj 888 poker, cause as far as I've seen they don't care, they just want to collect & payout extremely slow. There customer service is extremely poor & they don't know what a freeroll is either. A FREEROLL doesnt require any tickets or anything to enter. They need to make some major changes or (as alot of people are already doing) playing elsewheres..

So many problems...
How can you justify charging exchange rate fees (way above the usual btw) when you offer a service in a currency from a country ineligible to play only? And you are not ever actually exchanging any money. I deposit in gbp and withdraw in gbp. The fact I play in usd is utterly irrelevant. You can place any symbol you like before the numbers.... what difference does it make? You are not converting my money to any other currency at any time.
How can you justify a 3 day mandatory waiting period on withdrawals.... other than to collect extra interest on our funds?
How can you justify offering a promotion such as the vegas spin thing, then tell me it was a "rare technical error" when I win the $12,500 package? And expect I'll be perfectly happy with that explanation and terminate the chat immediately? It's so damn unprofessional.
I've had tournaments not opening up when the start and been blinded away until I happen to have noticed (I wonder how many times I didn't notice?)

Of course I reinstalled.... has it fixed the problem?.... how would I know? By definition I can't see the games that aren't opening.

Ok this so called promotion with missions to make 10 spins a day.
First of all we have discussing this matter on Skype.
Why do I have to win 50 hands on snap 5/10c for 1 spin, someone else 25 hands and 3rd player only 10?
This seemed to be the case all promo, that I had the hardest of us 3.
Then we still all played for the spins , why we all only spinned 3k tickets I mean 3 different players . Also state it clear that if you win only 3k tickets that you also wont be able to use them all, cause I see no way to spend them all (one of us 3 had like around 100 of them).

1-I was not even gonna insist but another problem arised... my bet on sports App is failing, no lines displayed and instead a VLC player like app. Why im not able to login directly to the 888sports site with my info? can someone help me with that so next time the app from the poker client crashes I can bet on the browser?? Im gonna miss the argentina match, already missed chile and I was betting under 3.
2-Email sent tome said I won 3 tickets to the freeroll, clicked on it and nothing granted... need those tickets...
