No the CC freeroll is still not showing on my poker client.
Some time ago I heard that other Danish players had the same problem.

Processing time 888 Cashouts

Hey is there any reason that I have a cashout awaiting process on 888 since March 17? Anyone else having similar problems?

Have had cashouts in the past with zero problems.

since yesterday i can no more use the App. it hangs with the loading screen just before you have to type in your login data. it keeps saying "loading" but nothing happens.i already deinstalled and installed again. not working. i use a samsung galaxy j3 (2016).

Cashout problems (awaiting process) 3 weeks

Anyone else having this issue? My cashouts have been awaiting to process for several weeks. Support won’t answer emails now either. Just would love to know what’s going on.

I am disconnected from server (experiencing extremely slow response in between), and unable to reconnect despite re-boot. How's this acceptable? Can you help? Will refund be arrnaged? ​

We are aware there have been some technical issues with logging in. While most players are able to log in successfully, there may be occasional errors for others. We continue to work on resolving these issues, and recommend that if you are having trouble, you try again.

isn't this fairly irresponsible - i.e. players spend to play on 888 platform, and still need to take chances of not affecting by tech error; while 88 doesn offer no compensation / resolution (same as customer service simply asking us to re-try, wait, etc.)?

I wanted to play a bunch of tourneys on there today (along with that $10k Neptune freeroll I qualified for).

I'm curious, why does it work for some.. but not others?

Obviously not. Even 888 casino is unstable - disconnection during blackjack, XTRA bonus not rewarded. And golden response is - non-responsive emails saying cannot help, phone non-contactable.

This reflects credibility of a company and how accountable it takes for own failure. My experience told me 888 doesn even bother to reply, not to mention providing a fair treatment to customers using it for years.

I honestly don't know the reason as that's in the tech departments hands.
The site is actually running fine and yet there is a small percentage having issues!
I understand your frustration guys and I apologize.

You can indeed mail support regarding compensation and they will look into that if you send them the details.

Do you think it would possibly help if I uninstalled & then re-installed the site? (not sure if I'd lose my player notes while doing that.... but then again, not being able to play at all vs. losing player notes seems like an easy choice, lol).

It sure is unfortunate timing for 888 to be experiencing some technical issues. With the coronavirus situation, online poker is BOOMING!

You can go into the 888poker folder on your computer and drag the note on to your desktop and when you reinstall you drag them back to the same folder.
