I honestly don't know the reason as that's in the tech departments hands.
The site is actually running fine and yet there is a small percentage having issues!
I understand your frustration guys and I apologize.

You can indeed mail support regarding compensation and they will look into that if you send them the details.

Thanks for being on Cardschat. I can only imagine what it must be like when there's some tech issues which are obviously nothing to do with you and totally beyond any control... and yet some will still attack as if you're at fault or something. And thanks for letting us know that you're aware there is something wrong but at this time, not sure what it is.

Looking forward to getting back on there & maybe even surging out of the micro limits for once, lol.

you guys are clearly not ready for all those players during the quarantine. i tryed to login now to play and surprise surprise there are technical issues again. in general i really like to play on 888 but with all the problems and the terrible customer service, i am going to take my roll off the site and play somewhere else.

you guys need to understand that loss in time is also worth a compensation. a normal refund just wont do it if you already spent hours for play and also maybe built some chips...

get some real servers man!!!!

I go to the 888 site but when I click on download it does not seem to work. Anyone know of issues with this ?

At first I thought the problem was with my connection but I see that others have had trouble with 888.

It definitely seems to be volume related.

On both Saturday and Sunday I wasn't able to log into the main site all day, but both days right around 5 pm (PST) I was finally able to get in and play normally.
Today I haven't been able to get on again so far.

5 pm (PST) is right around the time it would be late evening or very early in the morning for Europe and Asia and when volume drops down, which becomes obvious when you look at the $200 freeroll at 6 pm which has only about 2400 players in it rather than 5000+.

Maybe I'll be able to get in in about 3 hours from now.:p

FYI,
Our staff in Gibraltar are mostly working from home as they are on lockdown due to the virus that is currently raving through Spain so things are not ideal at the moment but please bear with us and hopefully we can sort out these issues once and for all sometime soon!

It is best to take a break from the site for one week and improve the performance of the servers. And then there will be no daily complaints about the loss of money and tickets from the players and your apologies to everyone.

Really hoping the tech guys can get this figured out. I can't imagine what the situation is like there. Are employees not there due to the coronavirus? One would think this would be a pretty major thing to get fixed & working properly... especially with sportsbetting being non-existent these days.

Yours is the only player saying you are disconnected and the site is working fine tonight!
Maybe try a quick reinstallation might help.

So far so good for me today.

I was able to log in right away this morning, then went to work and when I got home I was able to log in right away again.
Yes everything was good today.

Yesterday I decided to play the 888poker mobile version. It’s very difficult to call it a game. Horrible performance of the mobile version, why release it?

This morning I had a notice after I signed in, a pop up window that said something like "apologies for the recent connection issues, click on the button for a free ticket to a 10K freeroll" . Clicked and then nothing happened.
The EXTRA freeroll is in the lobby.
