I honestly don't know the reason as that's in the tech departments hands.
The site is actually running fine and yet there is a small percentage having issues!

I can only imagine what it must be like when there's some tech issues which are obviously nothing to do with you and totally beyond any control... and yet some will still attack as if you're at fault or something. And thanks for letting us know that you're aware there is something wrong but at this time, not sure what it is.
Looking forward to getting back on there & maybe even surging out of the micro limits for once, lol.

you guys are clearly not ready for all those players during the quarantine. i tryed to login now to play and surprise surprise there are technical issues again. in general i really like to play on 888 but with all the problems and the terrible customer service, i am going to take my roll off the site and play somewhere else.
you guys need to understand that loss in time is also worth a compensation. a normal refund just wont do it if you already spent hours for play and also maybe built some chips...
get some real servers man!!!!

It is best to take a break from the site for one week and improve the performance of the servers. And then there will be no daily complaints about the loss of money and tickets from the players and your apologies to everyone.Yes we did have connection issues again this evening and I know you guys are frustrated with the disruptions but all I can do is offer my apologies once again and to say anyone wanting to claim refunds then please send the game details to support@888poker.com and they will look into it for you.

Our staff in Gibraltar are mostly working from home as they are on lockdown due to the virus that is currently raving through Spain so things are not ideal at the moment but please bear with us and hopefully we can sort out these issues once and for all sometime soon!

IIAnd....... it's not working again today, lol. I guess I should've taken advantage of it yesterday when I was able to login. I just assumed "Hey it's working now!"

Really hoping the tech guys can get this figured out. I can't imagine what the situation is like there. Are employees not there due to the coronavirus? One would think this would be a pretty major thing to get fixed & working properly... especially with sportsbetting being non-existent these days.

Yes everything was good today.So far so good for me today.
I was able to log in right away this morning, then went to work and when I got home I was able to log in right away again.
The EXTRA freeroll is in the lobby.This morning I had a notice after I signed in, a pop up window that said something like "apologies for the recent connection issues, click on the button for a free ticket to a 10K freeroll" . Clicked and then nothing happened.
