my original account is Taiwan because I used to live there but the new one is the UK
i spoke to live chat and was making progress but then the window closed they couldn't find my account
started again but this time the nice lady thought i wanted to transfer a bonus so i gave up
got frustrated tried again was making even more progress but the window closed...again
im thinking it logs out automatically in the background if you don't move it or something
anyway i got fed up with explaining the same problem three times to three different people... they were all very nice
i got the 88$ bonus with the new account so that is a positive
just lost my money, tickets, tokens, levels and can't play on the daily freerolls because i deposited with the old account but no way am i doing that again
keep my money i have given up
