Team 888poker’s dynamic trio will feature Joseph (Joe) McKeehen, Neil Blumenfield and Thomas Cannuli, who are preparing to take on the final table at the November Nine, the most prestigious poker event in the world. Each player is competing for the coveted Champions Bracelet and a first-place grand prize of nearly $8 million.
Joe McKeehen leads the stellar lineup of nine players as the chip leader with more than $60 million in chips. The North Wales, PA, native, who currently holds one-third of the total chips in play, is one of the most experienced players remaining in the tournament and is eager to take to the main table after a remarkable year of competition. Before making poker his full-time career, McKeehen graduated from Arcadia University in suburban Philadelphia with a degree in Mathematics.
Neil Blumenfield is a seasoned poker pro from the San Francisco area, heads into the final table in third place with $22 million in chips. When Neil’s not at the poker table, he serves as President, Chief Operating Officer, and Director for a business intelligence and cloud computing company based in Menlo Park, CA.
Thomas Cannuli, a 23-year old native of Cape May, NJ, enters the lineup as the youngest player at the 2015 final table. His impressive and strategic performance this year has earned him more than $12 million in chips, and he sits in sixth place heading into the main event. Cannuli specializes in cash games, both online at 888poker NJ and live. This final table accomplishment has already guaranteed him the biggest live tournament score of his career.

I was just tying to exchange the Poker Kit containing a T-shirt for one containing a Hoodie. And since the one with a Hoodie was less expensive; I thought it would not be a problem.
After 2 weeks of unanswered emails; they finally answered: No. Read the rules: no exchanges.
I'm ok with the rules but why take 2 weeks to come to this "simple" answer?
Anyway I received my Poker Kit now and I have 2 medium T-shirts.
By the way, those shirts are made of special fabrics; so when you wash them, don't put them in the dryer because they will probably shrink to the size of your hand!

I've been very frustrsted by the mobile App for Android. My biggest frustration is when logging in, I keep getting told my password is incorrect. So I go through the process of changing it (usually back to what it was/is) then log in and do my thing. Next time I go to log in, I get the message that my password is incorrect. This is maddening as hell. I know my password is correct. I have it written down, taped to my tablet.
Also, I have yet to find a simple way to get back onto my tourney table after a disconect. Sometimes the switch lobbies to play money and back to real money thing (found that tidbit in a google search) works and will bring me back, but not always. Can there be an easy to spot button or tab in the tourney or main client lobby? I was also unable to "take my seat" from the tourney lobby, even after clicking that button. It just kept doing nothing. Maybe a glitch?

Team 888poker’s Joe McKeehen has claimed the 2015 WSOP Championship title, taking home a monumental $7,683,346 along with the coveted WSOP gold bracelet.
After entering as chip leader with more than 60 million chips, the 24 year old American dominated the Final Table, maintaining the lead throughout and finally besting 2nd place winner Joshua Beckley’s pocket fours with an Ace-Ten.
This year’s November Niners also included Team 888poker members Neil Blumenfield (3rd place and $3.4million) and Thomas Cannuli (6th place - $1.4million).
To celebrate Joe’s win, 888poker has granted its members free entry to $10,000 WSOP Winner Celebration Free Tournaments, running on 12/11/15 and 13/11/15 at 20:05 GMT.
Speaking excitedly on his win, Joe said: “I’m very happy the final table went as smooth as it did. The way the cards came out it didn’t seem like I had too many tough decisions and when I did, I generally made the right ones. It was definitely easier than facing adversity and battling. It was just my day for three days in a row.”

I know that the support at 888 is sometimes very slow but I just want to say that always when I had disconnection problems or other problems my case was solved and I was very happy with the solution they gave.
I will give an advice to everybody, don't give up after one email or two, write more email and asked your problem to be looked by someone else because sometimes you just get a rush answer and some people don't write back.

Disconnects and system freezing
Hi, I have been with 888 for many years now but I am still having problems with disconnects and freezing. I have gone through the customer support thread directly from the site and have had no joy other than check you firewalls and do not have any similar applications open at the same time.
Now I am a cheapskate so I have several poker sites open at the same time scoping for freerolls and cheapie tournies. I have no problems with any of the other sites (mainly pokerstars and Fulltilt) during the times 888 disconnects or freezes. I will not restrict my poker options to one site to correct this situation, especially when in does not happen on any of the other sites. And if I have to stop using a site to fix it, it will be 888 that I stop using.
I have complained many times about this same problem and, in fairness have recieved some minor compensation for times when these issues have disadvantaged me on the tables but what is 888 doing to rectify this situation?

I have been there, done that and all I get from them is check your firewalls and do not have other systems operating at the same time, as I outlined in my original post. I am currently online with 888 with no other site running and it has just happened to me again.
888 technical support is not very helpful and if this is the way 888 treats its paying customers then I will not be one for very much longer.

Yeah, you really need to teach your customer supports some ways they could A) help your customers in matter, B) reply in decent timeframe (up to 72 hrs is totally unacceptable for regular questions especially as it usually takes lots of time for them to reply to 2nd and 3rd msg as well), C) make people feel less like screwed over with answers. If there's a problem, acknowledge it and after that deal with it.
