Anyone else think the App is absolutely appauling?

Few issues I had had on iphone since joining;
Join a sit and go and have to restart app to join game.
Get kicked out of deep stack MTT almost everytime after the break and can not get back in. Works fine when I log on from my laptop.
App just closes
I am actually shocked at how inferior the app is compared to PS and for how long 888 has been in the game, its not advanced enough or reliable. I have had 5 refunds in 2-3 weeks.....

Thats said, I still like 888 and if they can sort the app it would be 100% first choice.

I finished 41 out of 17000 players in the $3,000 Unexpected Giveaway Free Tournament. The popup told us there was $50 cash added for the top 50 players.

Today I received a $50 cash BONUS instead of the real $50 free of any requirements. (Remember there are no requirements for physical prizes so why should there be for the $50?)

Could you please convert my $50 Bonus into $50 cash without any requirements?

I can't get my Progress bar to show my Bonus bar; it always shows my Status Bar.

Can you help me fix that?

Here are a screen shot of my Settings, my Status Bar and one of my Active Bonus (I already played with it so it is active)

Now I really need some help with this bonus thing. I managed to turn this $50 bonus into a $94.04 bonus.

But my Bonus Progress bar is still not working. By the way over the years at 888 Poker I received $887.87 in bonuses and I haven't seen that Bonus Progress bar even once.

Also there is another problem: I see 2 active bonuses; my "Hot bonus ($50)" for poker and Casino and a "Hot bonus $2.87" for Casino but I always see a $2.87 difference with the Casino bonus. No matter what I do or how much I play in the Casino I'm stuck with that $2.87 difference.

I don't even remember the terms of that $2.87 Bonus and it is listed as active but I still get the option to Forfeit it. I hope I can still Forfeit it and not lose my Casino winnings

I guess it is listed as active but only one bonus is used at a time. This one will expire on 14/10/2015. I won't have time to clear my $50 bonus before this one expires.

What is going on? And how can I fix this without losing my winnings?

Can you tell me what portion of my $50 bonus I cleared so far?

And finally; please help me see my Bonus Progress bar instead of the current Status Progress bar.

Sorry for all those questions but you are the best help I have found at 888 so far.

I agree this was not totally clear with the pop up, but way better as getting 3 lousy unexpected tickets for finishing top50,considering other possible prizes.

Can you tell me why 888 have made the maximum balance playing micro SNAAP games why it is now only 50BB's instead of the usual 100 BB's, if you only have $1 instead of the usually $2 when multi-tabling these games it can become a pain when people are raising and then stacking in their dollars most hands, you can't get any play on the games as much and i think it must be a rake thing, i don't understand it. I've had to move up and play 2/5 just to have my 100BB's to use and play with as i feel better with that to use, i feel the lesser games now are just a push or fold game now and noticed alot of players have dropped out that i used to see, i would hope 888 could fix this back to the original 100 BB's at all levels.

Sorry not sure about the mystery spin prize, maybe you should contact support.
As for the milly game, it will give players a big incentive and something to look forward to during the cold winter nights and so far the feedback we are receiving is excellent so all in all it was maybe a good business decision.
