This is ridiculous; NO other site's bonus is working like this. Usually you get a target points and a status bar to show how much of the bonus you have cleared up to now.

If you click on MY ACCOUNT then BONUSES it will show you any restricted bonus you have that you need to clear before withdrawing it.

Are you kidding me? Of course I know how to see my Bonuses; how do to think I'm bringing all those information from? Let me put it all in one post and please make sense of it (if you can).
I have 2 situations concerning the bonus (Hot Bonus! $5.00). Please don't refer me to the terms and conditions; just answer it in here in plain English (if you can):
1) Is there any way to know EXACTLY how many points are remaining in order to clear my bonus?
2) Can you explain this situation? After playing a while with the bonus; I had $21.75 in my account with $1.61 in my bonus. $1.61 was restricted so I could at that point withdraw $20.14 if I wanted.
I played more cash games (won some, lost some) and made about 3 status points but I still had $21.75 in my account. I got back to my bonus page and surprise! Now I have $5.00 in my bonus. $5.00 was restricted so I could at that point only withdraw $16.75.
How can that be? The more points I make, the more my money is restricted and the less I can withdraw. What kind of weird bonus is that?

Hi,
I did not play couple day on your site because of the connection problems and when i log in yesterday i notice that all my splashout tickets are disappear
I was thinking that they are probably expire, after that i played some game for couple $ and today i receive a mail from 888 that i earn 3 tickets and that i can find them on my account,but when i open my account no tickets

I was playing yesterday and site discconecting everyon again, was made cause i wasnt able to go all in with a hand and comeback from dc to see that i sould have won that hand...
emailed support because of that and got an instant cash bonus

With a guaranteed prizepool of $25,000 to begin with, The Octopus will be our largest Saturday Guaranteed tournament.
This will be our first 8 handed tournament and will have a very deep structure with 10,000 starting chips and 25 minute blind levels.
4 hours of late registration should suit players joining in at various hours on Saturday.
First tournament will kickoff at 15:00 GMT on Saturday the 5.9.
Satellites will also be available on the day of the game.
Tournament is already up in the lobby.
