Amen to that. Also 888poker sport betting is quite weird. Tried to make 8$ prematch bet on odds @1.70 but it was declined cause allegedly stake was too high :bebored:

For the new Hand of the day promotion I have to win the hand 5x post flop.
The first day I did it it was A-Q and as soon as I won the hand 5x and left the tables I got the pop up and an email stating I could claim my prize ($10 bonus).
The next day the hand was 10-J and after winning with it 5x I left the table, but no pop up or email, so I went back and won the hand a 6th time and after I left the table I got the pop up and email stating I could claim my prize ($5 bonus.)
Tonight the hand was A-J and after winning it 5x (which took over 3 hours tonight) I left the table, and nothing.
I went back and won the hand a 6th, and 7th time, and still nothing.
I went back through my hand history to find all the hands just to be sure, and yes I did win the hand 7x post flop.
If you could look into it I'd appreciate it as it was a lot of work to win enough hands to complete the challenge today.

why are you ignoring simple questions? this new bonus terms are beyond ridiculous. basically 888 tells you to looose your money first before being able to play with and wager the bonus??? this sound awfull to me and i dont know who in their right mind would deposit for any bonus offer in the future.

Ok this is what I have been sent regarding this issue,
The details are as mentioned in the email players received yesterday:
- The next wager you make will use your Cash Balance first, before using your Bonus Funds.
- Only wagers made using your Bonus Funds will contribute to the applicable Bonus Wagering Requirements.
So yes, as long as the player has non bonus money (cash) in his account he will not wager his bonus.
Regarding this point:
Any remaining Bonus(es) & vouchers, such as: Free Play, Free Spins, Tournament Tickets, Free Bets etc. may be forfeited upon a withdrawal request, as indicated in “My Account”.
We are saying that bonuses may be forfeited upon withdrawal request.
For poker players, only bonuses that were received upon deposit will be forfeit upon withdrawal request.
Once requesting a withdrawal, players will see first which bonuse will be forfeited before submitting the withdrawal.

Here's a little update. I did the hand of the day challenge again today (win 5x post flop with 8-9) and finished it under 2 hours and immediately after closing the tables I got the pop up and email to claim my prize ($5 bonus). So it has worked properly 3 out of 4 times, but still nothing from yesterday.

Same for me, "Hand of the Day" has only worked 2 out of 4 times (which I got instantly after completing the chalenge). I emailed support and they said I may get the other ones in 72 hours (they always say this and I never get it).

I hope this gets sorted out so we get credit for these challenges as it could affect the "extra bonus" I'm working towards.
These challenges are already hard enough to do without the added annoyance of not getting credit for them after putting in all the time and effort each day.

That's different than the email I got. Despite saving screenshots of each hand which clearly show the table name, stakes, times, Hand ID and Session ID they couldn't locate that info.
I just sent a reply summarizing all that info which I just pulled straight from the screenshots.

I just completed the AK "Hand of the day" challenge, but did not receive any credit. This is very disappointing. It only seems to work every other day. I wonder if the "Hand of the Day" listed is wrong.

The hand of the day info is right, I just completed the A-K challenge too (another $5 bonus). I got the email right away, but the pop up didn't come up until I logged out then logged back in again. I guess I'm faring better than you, after 5 challenges I'm only missing 1 so far.

i did not get the ticket either and they cancelled the tournament because there were not enough players registered.

888 Rep...there seems to be some major confusion regarding the pop up today regarding new bonus policy. What we have come up with is if you are winning you will never get to claim a bonus that is rightfully due. The bonus will only be used by losing players. This hardly seems fair. Are we reading that correctly? Also it looks like if we win the depositors freeroll tickets and cash out before we use them, they are forfeited?
Usually I am all for recommending 888, but this really seems to be against players.

The honorable representative. What happens to 888 Poker? First, you have planned to take away bonuses from players. Now you have not issued a Freeroll ticket from the casino. Players spent their personal money at the casino, but did not get a ticket to play. Why is this happening?
