I think 888 has some things going on right now with their network that are greater than a customer playing $1 buy-ins

FYI, sound issues, still happened in WIN 8 compatibility mode. Tech support finally got back to me (in 4-5 business days or so) suggested, (surprise , surprise) re-installing.
Anyway, I haven't been playing much. Just back from a business trip, I see there is an update. Fingers crossed no more intermittent mute issues.

Also I see a peculiar new bonus offer, does this correct the "only losers win the bonus" issue? I may give it a go if so.

Ultimately, I kind of like playing on 888.
I really like some of the features. Like the replay screen, it is really better than PStars or PP by far.

Finally get an email from 888...asking for the same information I provided more than a week ago! Honestly, I don't know whether to laugh or cry. Your customer service team is a joke.
I have a similar problem, it's been 11 days since I first sent my documents. I've called support twice and they've told me I'd get an answer within 24 hours. Nothing happened. It's really frustrating, what can we do?

My account was restricted about a month ago, I was told to send some documents which I did on March 2. I waited 4 days and they got rejected. I received no mail explaining why. On March 6 I sent my documents again, waited 4 days and decided to call support, they told me I would receive an answer within 24 hours at most, but that didnt happen. Called yesterday, was told the same thing and, again, nothing happened. Today I'm still waiting.
I've sent exactly what you asked for, it's been 11 days and I cannot play nor withdraw my own money. I play in another site and I got verified in less than 24 hours, same documents. Frankly this is insulting and unacceptable, what can I do? I want my money back.

I have been playing 888 for quite some time but recently when I tried to sign in I got the message that my version was no longer valid so I had to uninstall and download upgrade. I tried to do this but am unable to download, however I can access on instant play. I have contacted 888 support and followed there instructions but when I click "download now" nothing happens. Is it my Computer? (a Mac) or 888 software?

When you've been told your issue is going to be checked 4 times and nothing happens, you start to think there must be something wrong in the process. But I don't know what it is. Are the people I speak to not notifying the correct departament? Is that departament being informed but ignoring my issue? One starts to think there's something shady going on. It's been 12 days already and my issue hasn't been addressed.

This answer does not help as I received the same in an email from 888Support and it does not allow me to download???Why
Please reply to the email they sent 7ou and tell them that it still won't work,

Hi to all. Following the advice of the forum members, I decided to sign up for 888Poker. Made a first deposit of $ 10 and in two days raised his bankroll to $ 200. I wanted to
withdraw $ 150, but I haven't yet checked my data. I sent them a copy of my passport and have been waiting for a review for almost a week. Support to other questions also does not answer and I also wait for the answer in about a week. They have little working staff? I do not understand what protection against minors is about how a deposit can be made in 1 minute, and withdrawing money will take at least 1 week.
I do not understand these complications in some poker rooms and I hate waiting. Do you trust 888 and have you encountered similar issues in this poker room? :):confused:

sorry to report that after waiting 10 days for your customer service to verify my documents, I decided to try party poker instead. That was 3 days ago, and they have already got back to me while I still await a reply from 888. I guess you missed your chance for me to deposit with you as your customer support is too slow. Please pass on this feedback

I want to withdraw cash from 888poker, but when I try this pops up: "Unfortunately there is no available payment method for your withdrawal". I have a skrill account, why can't I use that?

i saw bad and slow communication from 888support lately .
i faced a problem and can not open my account in my region for a technical reason.
but 888 support didn't help at all.
i wanted to withdraw my money and they answered my email after 1 month , by saying "we are sorry for the delay , but you can't cash out unless you open your account".
it was unsatisfied experience with these guys.
thanks god the problem was hardly fixed , and i reopened my account safely , but still did't make a withdraw yet.

I just signed up for 888 Poker and was looking forward to getting the new member sign in incentives, but I didn’t get and email to confirm I registered. I am sure that I qualify as I read the qualifications prior to signing up. I have to say that I am a little frustrated, but thought I would ask for your help before getting too upset! Lol.
